Been here many times without an issue. They forgot to give me my main meal and went I spent 10 minutes driving back to get it they basically said too bad. I will not be returning.

I love Chick-fil-A because it’s always consistent and the food is very delicious. I love the southwest salad and I typically can’t eat all of it so I also have a little for later.
Can't believe I'm saying this about a -fil-a but the customer service at this location was horrible. Maybe it was just an off night. Other than feeling like no one working there could bother to help us in any way and it took quite a while for the food to come out, the food was good.
Always good customer service and consistently good food. No one does drive through fast food like this franchise. The employees are courteous and professional 100% of the time. And no matter how long the line is we always get our food at a reasonable time. Love the strawberry milkshake, chicken tenders and the waffle fries. My favorite for a while now is their grilled chicken nuggets - these are juicy, filling and nutritious. Thanks Chick-fil-A ?
Great food, fair prices, and super nice friendly workers. That's why this restaurant is so popular. They have new items on the breakfast menu that I really like. Be aware they are closed on Sunday. ???
I have always frequented this location. However the past 5 visits in the evening have been not good at all. In the drive through the manager was out arguing with 2 high school employees in front of me. The gal waiting on me was more interested in what was happening than taking my order. Then each time I have come lately through the drive through my order has come to me before the two cars in front of me. I have had to wait almost 10 minutes for the other cars to get their orders before I can leave. The kids working seem more about socializing than taking care of customers. The whole operation seems very unorganized. I love to support the owner at this location but the nighttime/evening manager is not good at all.
Always friendly staff. My only complaint is the drive through situation. Cars are not always pulling up as far as they can and this blocks the parking lot entrance for dine in, and curbside pick up.
Double check your order before leaving drive thru. I ordered the Bacon Egg and Cheese Biscuit combo but received a biscuit with bacon only. Real appetizing. I ended up giving my dogs the bacon, ate the biscuit and fixed breakfast at home (which defeated the whole purpose of picking up something to eat). I tried calling the store but it rang endlessly. I know the restaurants get busy but forgetting to put egg on a breakfast sandwich is a big ooops. I ended up filing a complaint with Corporate to get my money back. Super disappointed.
Always busy, but what Chick-fil-A isn't. Their parking lot and entrance sucks for drive-thru, so always try to come from the north.Inside is always very clean. Play area is closed (assuming for social distancing)
Updated Review - I had a old review on this CFA a while back and recently updated the review and google did not prompt me to change the text on the review, only the stars. This location has gotten better over the years as they are more consistent now. There is some small issues like sauces missing and such but never anything catastrophic.
