Stole our money. Ordered $50 worth of food and received one bowl we ordered. talked to the manager who was beyond disrespectful. Said she didn't care about our inconvenience and wasn't her issue. She refused to give us back our money back. Joke of management at this location. Won't ever go back.
Placed an online order for in-store pickup and all three dishes were made as requested and delicious. Ordered a greens & grains bowl, Caesar tahini salad and spicy lamb meatball wrap. Everything was fresh, tasty and the order was completed on time for the scheduled pickup.
Really good food however i always have issues when i order online. Last time i had to wait 15 minutes after my pickup time to get my food and they forgot my sauces. This time my bowl was ready when i got there however it was missing a protein, 3 toppings and my side pita.
Em and Hannah were a great help today! Great healthy weeknight meal.Note that this restaurant does not allow you to tip the workers (sorry girls!) and does NOT take cash!So much for cash being king…
Delicious and flavorful. Large amount of food. Interfacing with customers and polite staff. Came here with low expectations due to a horrible dining experience at Felfel and was expecting pretty similar treatment but hopefully edible food. This place blew away Felfel. The service was good as was my meal. 10/10
I don't know how they have 4 stars!? We've tried to eat here several times and the service is absolutely horrible. We ordered online and went to pick it up 30 minutes later. Still not ready... My husband waited 40 minutes for someone to even acknowledge him in store. I'm not sure what's happening there, but this is a consistent issue. The food is good, being the reason we keep trying.
The staff at this place has absolutely no professionalism. They literally throw food into the bowl instead of serving it correctly. The price for the food does not justify the quantity. This has been my experience for the past few visits. They had good food and staff before they closed during the pandemic but ever since it re-opened , the service has been really bad.
The food was delicious, so fresh and flavorful. The combinations were well done. BUT, the wait was incredibly long like 40 min to get through the line. Seemed to be plenty of staff so, not sure the problem. The line wasn't that long.
My wife had been going to the one in Denver for some time and absolutly raved about it. So I finally gave it try.....It is my new favorite place! Amazing food! Awesome selection of items to create a bowl or pita of your own style and liking. The Saffron Rice is so good I could eat it with nothing else and the Pita Chips are ridiculous! Must give it a try
Food is amazing! But I can never order online for pick up and more times than not I drive over to see a dark store within the operating hours.When these things are corrected I'll return but until that happems.
