A decent BK. The lobby is very nice especially for being connected to the 7-11. Our order was hit and accurate, can't ask for much more than that.

This is the worst BK I have been to and I have been to Detroit. No total. No receipt. I ordered a Bacon Stacker and it had a ton of special sauce and two strips of bacon. Hardly a $9 sandwich. the Chicken sandwich was drowning in mayo and the bread had mold on it. Everyone in the car got sick from the food. This is one of the only places to get food on my way home from work, but the final time they make me and my family sick to our stomachs.
Most people working there don't understand English and twice I didn't get what I ordered. Burger was so old it was dry and over cooked, don't think there is any quality control. Do your self a favor and pick a different burger King.
Newly renovated, the seating area looks great and the folks there are pretty nice. The drive through is pretty quick and no messed up orders the last 10 times I've gone there.
It would be nice when I ask for cheese on my whopper that you actually put cheese on my whopper. There’s absolutely no excuse especially when it’s not the first time this has happened. So annoying when I get home and there’s NO cheese on my burger.
Came through drive through and no one answered. We went inside and the drive through person was just sitting on his phone. I asked why no one at drive through and guy changed subject took order turned around and got back on his phone. When we got our meal it was cold and not what we ordered. Will never come back to this Burger King again!
This is worst service. The guy at the window is rude and tried to tell me that they don't kids meals when I ordered one the day before. It took 10 mins to get a sandwich and nuggets for my son when they aren't busy and had no line inside or outside
So I come here pretty often mostly on Wednesdays and Thursdays. The woman who is the supervisor on Wednesday always does an amazing job! She has never messed up my order you should have her helping train the Thursday night crew. I don't think I have gotten a correct order from I'm in months... I order two 10 count chicken nuggets. They are hard and cold they didn't even warm them must have been sitting around for hours I also ordered two whopper's and they give me the impossible whopper so if I had to guess they ran out of regular burgers.. just so disappointed in the bad serves every time on Thursdays when Wednesdays it is perfect. I mean all of the bad reviews should be enough to tell you that the employees need help....
Drove through for an emergency cheeseburger for my kid, and had the most bizarre experience in the drive thru. The guy was super rude, messed up our order, then ignored us at the window when we were trying to get his attention. How is this place still open?!
