Count your wings and ask for extra sauce.Came here more than one occasion. I ordered take out for 20 piece, 10 medium and 10 garlic with a side of fries and an extra box of fries. Issue 1: they were barely covered in sauce. I’ll be aware to ask them for more sauce on the side.Issue 2: they didn’t even give us the amount we ordered. Which is ironic cause you’re paying for the wings and imagine not getting them… Instead of 20 I got 17. By the time I counted them I was already home and over 18 minutes away. Not worth driving back with current gas prices. I know it’s only 3 but you think you would pay for all 3 pieces.Not surprised as I have come to this place more than once and have always had trouble getting the amount of wings I ordered. For a place that will have a deal on the price per wing it’s shocking they won’t even give you the right amount, let alone barely any sauce. They only get 2 stars cause in store employees have always been nice and immediate on service, just wish the food quality and QUANTITY was also good.I did try contacting their customer service. They apologized and said they would make up. They currently haven’t said anything and left me hanging. Sad to see a business not hold up to their mistake.
We went here for Fathers Day and has a terrible experience. First, after we got out our drinks and appetizers it took about 30 minutes for us to flag down our server and order our actual meals. Not to mention having to ask for refills every time she passed because we didn’t know when she would be back. THEN, everything we ordered came out one by one across the span of about an hour and instead of getting 30 wings and large fries (like we ordered) we got 16 wings and regular fries but we’re being charged for what we originally ordered. The manager who “helped” was extremely hostile, didn’t apologize, or offer any compensation for having to deal with this. From the time we got there to when we finally left took 2 hours, most of that time was spent waiting.I truly feel bad for the family who we saw sit for an hour sipping on their water and desperately looking around for someone to take their order, and hope they were PROPERLY compensated.
Went for a late lunch, the place was pretty dead because of the time. Service was quick and friendly. Probably the fastest my food has ever come out at a BWW. I ordered an appetizer early on hoping it would come out before my main course but everything came out at the same time. Not a huge deal. I think the wings were already made because they came out so quick and weren't as hot as they usually are. Overall, it was a good visit though.
I ordered two flavors for takeout: lemon pepper dry rub and Caribbean jerk sauce. Both were flavorful though both missed the mark. 1) It's unreasonable to call it a "dry rub" when it's simply seasoning powder added to already breaded chicken pieces. 2) The jerk sauce wasn't even tossed with the breaded chicken pieces in a bowl to coat, it was instead simply squirted into the corner of my takeout box.I wanted proper chicken wings not breaded chicken bites. I'll pass on BWW in the future.
Was the only one sitting at the bar took forever for someone to come and serve me. Think she was spread too thin, not my issue. Ordered 6 wings and fries wings like eating shoe leather, fries cold. Couldn't even finish my beer, sorry but used to be a huge BWW customer, not anymore. Sorry I don't like giving this negative feedback, but is what it is. Maybe I was just in on a bad day.
Wings were cold when served, like very cold! This picture is a order of fries, they were cold as well. Looks like they bought them at McDonald’s and just thru them on their own plate. 2 Stars bcs the server was very nice, but she kept having to send everything back to the microwave
Just really wanted crispy wings it’s been a long week guys. Take out was rough. Ordered on the app, you can’t really make special requests so, we called in right after placing the order. They said crispy wings take too long and they wouldn’t make them. Just wanted to cancel the order and go to hooters but we already paid and tipped them.
Great service, wings and Mac n cheese were delicious. Nachos, not so much. The table card offers free nachos if you spend over $20. The catch is, you have to have the app. If not, you can get the app, but the free nachos are for the next visit. We ordered them anyway, and regretted it. They are NOT a nachos place. Don't eve bother. Otherwise, the waitress that takes off cigarettes was a really good server. ?
I had this worst experience of not getting sauce for the wings!! Though we have another location of Buffalo Wild Wings 1 mile away from our house, we ended up ordering at this location which is 10 miles away. While placing order, I accidentally opted for sauce on side. We picked up the order and after reaching home, I realised that I opted for sauce on the side but to our surprise there’s no sauce in the bag as well. Now, it’s not even feasible for me to drive another 20 miles to get that small sauce packets.
I can’t stay quiet anymore. I moved down the street from this location last year and our first dine in experience was phenomenal! Great food and service, we were thrilled to have found a BWW that finally gets it. Unfortunately it was short lived. Every experience since then has left a lot to be desired, dine in and carry out. First dine inn, I understand the staffing shortages but you can’t use it as an excuse forever. Some of the staff is really good, but some are plain awful, rude and not one service bone in their body. Now when it comes to carry out, I must be the most unlucky person in the world because the last 7 times I have gotten carry out there has been something missing. About 3 times ago I decided to start going through my bag each time and sure enough something gets forgotten. So then I get to wait there for them to make it or find it and it’s super inconvenient. The food is most of the time good enough, so it’s not on the cooks. It’s a shame there are no other close wing places… I’ll probably still keep going because I love wings and I live across the street. I just figured management should know that they’re staff is struggling big time but looking at the other reviews, they know, maybe they just don’t care to do anything about it. See y’all soon ✌?
