Just pulled up to this location and was told they can’t serve me because they’re only doing delivery or Online orders. This is a fast food restaurant, why would you cater to online or delivery orders when your main area of expertise is a drive-through fast food restaurant?OChanging to 1 star. Apparently their closed at 730 on a Monday. Online says 12am. If these hours are changed, change them for customers. When I left I saw two others drive up and were declined. This location is trash. Never trying again.
I visited this location because it is within walking distance from my hotel.The staff was very friendly and professional.The restaurant was clean,ample seating.The amazing views of the mountains from where I was sitting,made for a cozy atmosphere.The food was good and quickly prepared…
Tell the little blond girl working the window she should at least pretend to be a nice human. Sorry you hate your job but don’t take it out in your patrons.
Don’t think this Wendy’s sync’s their in-store offerings with the mobile app (or if that’s even an option for them); but on my last three mobile orders (over a 6-month or so period) they didn’t have what I ordered. On one order they were out of baked potatoes and said it would take over 30-minutes to have them, on two other orders they were out of chocolate Frosty’s claiming the machine was acting up. With the baked potato they did substitute with fries and added in some spicy nuggets which was nice, and with the two Frosty incidents they did substitute with vanilla. Also, there usually seems to be a line at the drive through, so expect pickup to take 10-20 minutes. I’d order to pickup inside the store if you’re in a rush. Hopefully the review doesn’t sound much like a complaint since the team seems to work hard - just saying to expect possible substitutions.
The food was hot but the service was horribly slow. I have been to this location twice and had the same experience. Do not recommend this location. Plus there were homeless shopping carts all out in the parking lot and it had rained earlier and had to drive through like 6 or 7 inches of water that was pooled up next to drive through window. This place needs some immediate attention!
The young lady who took my order was very kind and made me laugh and the young lady who handed me my order was also very nice she said thank you and have a good day. Idk if it's just me but I hardly ever get a greeting or a thank you at any of the other places I go to thinking about just going only to Wendy's in the future
This afternoon we'll around 1155 we went through the drive up and the 3 staff members were super friendly. Wish I would have gotten thier names because they deserve recognition. The food as always was amazing! The new fries are the best!
Okay, so I ordered Baconator fries...I wasn't expecting fries with just 2 full pieces of bacon thrown on top of the fries. C'mon Wendy's you can do better than this.
This was my first time at this location. Alec at the drive thru is awesome!!! He definitely made my day!!! Will be returning because of him. He made me feel appreciated and more than just a drive thru customer. Too bad there aren't more people like him.
Lobby was locked. No signs or anything. An employee watched me park, get out of my car and pull on the door without warning me.
