And that’s it for me. This place has officially given me reason to never step foot in a Taco Bell again after multiple terrible experiences in every location I’ve ever been to in Colorado.Something has happened to Taco Bell, and not for the better. Today I received a cold and stale chalupa, and burrito consisting of tortilla and a hint of meat and cheese sauce. The chalupa was “supreme”, yet came with zero sour cream. My order took forever and the customer service was practically non existent.I can’t go into a Taco Bell anymore and enjoy it. Not only have all of the halfway decent menu items disappeared but the price has skyrocketed and the employees are horrible.Goodbye forever Taco Bell.

I love Taco Bell, and the employees here are perfectly nice, but for some weird reason it pretty much ALWAYS takes over 25-30 MINUTES to get through the whole drive thru process. Even at weird times when it's not supposed to be that busy and even when there's only a few people in line. I've been here DOZENS of times and the experience is always the same. I still come just because I'm patient and I come with built in time to get my food, but I would NEVER come here in a rush or with anyone but myself in the car.At this point I just genuinely want to know what is going on. There have been times when all I ordered was a cheese quesadilla and I sat at the last window for over 15 minutes and all the employees inside were just sitting there. No one said "hey, so sorry, we are running behind right now, we will get that out to you asap", they never even acknowledge that it takes ages to get the food.Again, friendly and nice employees, great food, terribly long wait times with no explanation. If this ever changes or if I get a reasonable explanation as to why this is happening, I would be happy to change my rating.

I’ve been here about 30 mins and the 5 staff aren’t organized whatsoever. The 3 people in front of me left, 2 without getting refunds. I can’t imagine how long they’ve been waiting. The kitchen is very dirty and they are clearly overwhelmed with basic orders. Not sure how this place is in operation, I just hope our food is correct. Side note, mens bathroom lock doesn’t work. Someone walked in on me and it was pretty embarrassing.Update: order was wrong. The guy with arm tats got me the right thing within a minute and was nice about it. I think he’s the only one here that knows what he’s doing.

Came in last night around 12:40, right as I pulled in the line was going all the way out of the parking lot. Right as I got to the speaker it was around 1 in which they closed but they served myself and another car before closing the store which I thought was nice. In previous cases when I was waiting a while in drive thru and I got up to the speaker when they just closed they wouldn’t take my order. The line moved really slow and by the time I got out it was around 1:20. My order was decently correct, the only thing wrong with it was my taco had lettuce on it when I asked for no lettuce, only time that my usual order is ever messed up but I just scooped the lettuce out and called it even. The tacos were okay, nothing special. The Cinnabon delights were amazing as usual and hot along with the nacho fries. Overall, I thought it was okay. With the labor shortage going on with the country, I can understand and try and cope with the long wait times and I also figure that little to no one wants to work until 1 to 3 in the morning. Average for Taco Bell standards.

While I understand that the job market is a rough situation right now, spending 20 minutes in line to get only half my order, which ended up being wrong, is unacceptable. When we got to the window and found out they missed part of my order, we were told we coule get back in line. Drove the 30 miles home to find out the half of my order we actually received was covered in beef when it was ordered as no beef, just bean. The money I spent on order has completely gone to waste. Disappointing that the only location open past 9 can't get their orders right. We will be avoiding this location, and likely all taco bells going forward.

I like the five layer burrito and it's good. Have a new person on the drive up who is very very efficient. She's able to take orders and deliver orders at the same time

Horrible drive thru. Litterly got stuck in the drive thru for 20 mins for 1 burrito. 2 cars in front of me. I'd say the manager needs re trained so the staff knows what to do at work. This taco bell has been this way now for 1.5 years. They seemed more concerned w talking to eachother than helping customers. The owner should tune in.

I have unfortunately worked next to this Taco Bell for almost two years and it’s by far the worse one I’ve ever dealt with unfortunately being the only option at times. Today took the cake though when Henry the supposed manager lied about the menu, then proceeded to charge me more for my order that I get every time. They constantly get orders wrong, they’re rude and uncooperative. When I showed him the picture of the menu at the window he proceeded to say it wasn’t their fault and it was digital and switched on its own (it wasn’t). This place is awful and management is even worse, and I’m talking of standards of fast food. Please avoid this place at all costs, they’ll mess it up and over charge you.

Good customer service at this location. The order was prepared quickly. Drive thru was busy but indoor dining was not.

Rude drive-through staff (not cashier but some other dude who interrupted me) basically was stingy when I asked for sauce. Said it was policy to only give me one sauce per item ordered. I ordered 15 items and was only asking for 15 of each type of sauce which is only 4 sauce packets per item (cause I’m not sure what the group prefers sauce-wise.)I just love it when employees act like it’s coming out of their own personal paycheck…. It’s like dude it’s some taco sauce… Chill!
