I love that this is a Hawkeye bar! The staff is great and drinks are as well. This is a great place to come to watch a game with friends. The food is good but not great, it's your run of the mill bar food. However come on Tuesday and you get some pretty good all you can eat wings.
Amazing food! This place is what buffalo wild wings wishes it could be. Only complaint is staff, had to flag down every time we needed anything and if you dont ask you wont get refills, I went two days in a row because everything was amazing, but both times the staff were not great. They didn't write my groups orders down both times we went and of course messed up the order and then got vocally upset and frustrated because we didn't want to pretend she nailed it both with the beer from the first night and the food from the other, these were 2 different waitresses btw. We even tested the dont ask the waitress dont get help theory by waiting for her to come back so we could ask for the check after we asked for boxes... took 30min even though we were clearly done, then finally gave up and asked. This place is the most incredible bar but please stop over serving beer to guest so I dont have to have these drunks yelling in my ear trying to hear the game and constantly falling out of seats onto me and please waitress just check in with guest at points that clearly need service and not just wait to be flagged, and please write the order down, I know you think it looks cool but I promise there is nothing wrong with writing the order so you can reference it later for refills or be sure all details are right. Again this place is INCREDIBLE, stop going to B-Dubs and eat here, but please just more guest attention.
Been here a few times with team members from work over the past year. Big games are always on and you can ask to have a game turned on if you know it is happening and not being shown. Food has been generally good, our team's only complaint would be the construction and messiness on the nachos. My other complaint would be that a handful of patrons don't wash their hands after using the restroom. Otherwise apps, wings, beer, and serivce has been good.
We had few drinks and I order artichoke dip with chips and I didn’t know it comes with all these veggies with ranch and it was so good it was worth getting it and the service was pretty nice who watched the hockey game there and just hung out for a bit probably about an hour so don’t mind her and coming back here.
*****Motorcyclist beware*******We came to the bar to enjoy some AV’s hockey and my friend crashed her bike in the the parking lot. We came in and the uneducated bartender mistook us for drunk people. Which wasn’t the case,! The managers and staff need more training in the correct areas. Being able to recognize intoxicated people is important. Service was horrible! Thank for your outstanding service! NOT! Hopefully the staff will be a able to spot a real intoxicated person.
Perfectly acceptable sports bar with solid food and drinks. Walked in during a busy lunch, was quickly served and got food and drinks fast. Tons of tvs, lots of bar space, but does fill up fast.
Worst service ever came in for lunch and order some food which came out wrong. Waitress not once came over to check on my brother and I. But of course spent all her time beering up and flirting up some guys a few tables away from us. Every time she passed us she had her head down but made at least 5 beer runs for these guys. Made us feel uncomfortable like we were not there cause we’re heavy set guy.
Ate here on Tuesday which is all you can eat wing night. Alex provided world class service to myself and a client. As a hospitality trainer, there was truly not a step missed. Our drinks were full, and the pace of service was perfect. Alex sets the standard for service for any restaurant I have been to in America. Keep up the great work!!
Hands down probably the best hamburger I have ever had. If you are a small guy like me or extremely hungry it usually takes me 2 days to eat a whole hamburger. I definitely would give more than 5 stars if I could.
Great specials...but better for dinner than lunch. Lunch is understaffed, but you can't blame them. The bigger issue is the staff at lunch do not seem to know their beers as well. Jocelyn and Krystal are great but "I" have never seen them at lunch. Aside from that and the noise level being to high. I have nothing but great things to say good menu, great burgers, evening servers are great, plenty of TVs and they play the SOCCER games!!! This is a sports bar done right.
