Today I went to snarfs for my first time. Ordered the Italian sandwich. I wasn't really sure what to get because I've never been here before. I asked the person at the counter about the menu and they were so helpful. They recommended to get honey on it to balance out the spicyness. I was skeptical at first but then I thought, hey why not. I tried it and dude this is probably the best sandwich I've ever had. The customer service is A1. I don't know the name of the worker but they had a really cool bucket hat on. So thank you bucket hat person. Lol
Our day went a little sideways & we didn't get around to eating our sandwiches until HOURS after they were made. They were still Fantastic! The staff is awesome. They are warm, welcoming & a well oiled machine. The crew was busting out orders seamlessly.The only constructive criticism I have is the music volume could be turned down a little bit so people waiting for their orders to be announced being done could be heard a little easier. I used to Manage a Sandwich shop so that Means Something.
I wasnt going to write anything, but I feel as though its crucial to bring my experience to the attention of a manager. I was here on friday because I wanted to try out a new sandwich spot during my lunch break around 2pm, and when I was waiting at a table for my food there was a tall man with a beard who was both slamming everything around, and mumbling obscenities under his breath. He probably didn't think I could hear him, but from a customers point of view it was very disappointing. Not only that, but the other man on the line seemed very uncomfortable by this as well. What if I were to have brought my child in that day? It was neither professional or appropriate, and if this is happening in the eye of customers, I can only imagine what's happening elsewhere. I wont be back, please do better for your customers.

Following my earlier post when I wasn't happy with the eggplant...I did receive the card for a complimentary sandwich as promised so I stopped by today to redeem it.Funny thing was, they were out of eggplant, wha, wha, wha! SOOO, I ordered the Meatball Parmesan and a Pastrami and Swiss for my wife. Again, the bread is O U T S T A N D I N G and definitely makes the sandwich. Both sandwiches were delicious, well made, and hot. The meatballs are cut in half making it easier to eat and stay together. Sorry about the pic, I always start eating before I remember to snap a pic! I also ordered a bowl of New England Clam Chowder since it was the soup of the day. Very good soup. It had a lot of clams, just the right amount of potato, and seasoned very well. It could've been a little thicker but it was still very tasty.it was my wife's first Snarf's sandwich and she loved it. I just wished there were one closer to the west side of Denver metro.
Went here and the cashier seemed like his head was off in space and not on what we were ordering... My wife ordered a sandwich with mushrooms and cheese but when we got the sandwich it was toasted bread and a few mushrooms. We were in a hurry so didn't have time for them to make another sandwich. I've been to other snarfs but none of them have had this problem.Update 3/3/22: Snarfs has responded - I have reached out and a rep from Snarfs would like to make this right by mailing vouchers. They have been prompt and great in my interactions.
First and last!DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU ARE HUNGRY!I WAITED 45 MINUTES FOR A SANDWICH which was definitely not subway but still it was SUBPAR from the greatest sandwich I have tried.STAFF DID NOT EVEN APOLOGIZE FOR THE WAIT! They take so much time doing the sandwich that the tables were messy and not cleaned.
Was excited to try this for the first time but highly disappointed. Staff was fun and great. Sandwiches were just not great and $40 for two people for Sandwiches is ridiculous.
The sandwiches are delicious but very disappointing in how long they take. Ordered a 5inch sandwich and I waited 40!!! Minutes to get my sandwich I had to remind them about my order. Everyone else seemed pretty grumpy because they were taking forever. That’s how I spent my whole lunch hour. Never again!
Snarfs has been a great Colorado owned food service that provides quality style sandwiches. I’m pleased with the numerous choices that are on the menu.
