Om nom! First time ever visiting a shake shack and I loved it!! Delicious cheeseburger, mouth watering cookie butter milkshake and perfectly seasoned crinkle cut fries! I will be coming back next time I’m in town! ? service was exceptional too. Clean restaurant.
I really liked having the choice to order myself on the kiosks they have available for ording dine in or take out. The burger I ordered was pretty good, shakes were good and so was there fruit drinks. I didn't have any interaction with staff at this visit at all.
My first time eating at a Shake Shack. I had the shroom burger, tried a bite of the double cheeseburger with bacon, the fries, and the chicken bites. Everything was good, especially the fries. Customer service was great.
DISAPPOINTED! I GAVE 1 STAR BECAUSE BURGER TASTE. AND 1 FOR FRIENDLY SERVICE. I GOT A STRAWBERRY SHAKE WITH A DOUBLE SMOKE BURGER AND FRIES. SHAKE WAS BLAH AND SMALL. THE BURGER I ATE IN 8 BITES. AND FRIES YOU COULD TASTE THE OIL EXTREME. SO IF YOU ARE REALLU HUNGRY OR HAVE EXPECTATIONS ON YOU BURGER CHEAT DAY. MAYBE NOT THE BEST.
Great quality food but flavor is lacking. Amazing staff but the menu is a bit to expensive for the portions. I would say go to 5 guys at this point. There is no wifi as well so you can't really sit and work or relax here.
Friendly Crew but the food is outrageously expensive. I got a Double Green Chili Cheddarshack, a regular order of fries and a seasonal lemonade. It cost me $20. Not sure where companies are getting the audacity to charge such an outrageous price. Stick to McDonald's or burger king. The burger was comically small, as if it was meant for a child. It tasted decent but nothing to rave about. The fries were cooked good, but lacked any form of flavor. Will not be visiting any shake shack again.
First time here and was very satisfied. Easily a top 5 fast food burger I have had. Had the double shack burger and bacon cheese fries which were also very good. A bit pricey and no self serve soda. $19.17 for all.
Shake shack is pretty good burgers and a lot of the bad reviews here are probably because this location literally just opened. The staff is actively learning so please give them a break :) Burgers are great quality and shakes are pretty good!

Shake shack has really nice staff. But, the food is not that great. Some of my chicken sandwich was cold on some of the sides. The middle was warm. And the fries were alright . When I was eating the fries some of the them were kinda coldLike they have not been cooked all the way. The one thing I do like about Shake shack is there chicken Buffalo sauce.
