The WORST service ever, there was all of two tables at the restaurant including my table. The server was terrible she made sure she checked on the other table and never mine. We never got any help or asked if anything was needed except when we orders the food. We paid on the kiosk and got our as quickly as possible. The server had a terrible attitude and was complaining in front of customer that more customers were coming in as we were leaving. We never got asked if we wanted more French fries and when we asked for a box she brought one really small box for two burgers and we asked for more fries and they brought us ONE SMALL order of French fries. The WORST experience at Red Robin EVER. If I could leave zero stars I would.

There were plenty of servers, but we still had to get our own silverware and napkins. The waitress took our order and never came back. Our onion rings were burnt, the rest of the food was okay. Never got offered refills, or anything else. Had to pay on the app and left.

The food is great, but the service at this place has always been incredible. The waiter in the bar area was one of the most friendly people I’ve ever encountered at a restaurant. The atmosphere is also really nice. Would rate it 6 stars if I could.

Food was great however I noticed how staff was very kind and in uniform yet each had clear personality in their clothes and hair. I enjoy it! Something unique!

This Red Robin on Greenwood Village located at Arapahoe & I-25 is the best. Other branches are not very good. The staff are good the food is delicious.

The service was outstanding, the waitress did a great job with everything for us. Unfortunately we had to listen to the manager on duty how "understaffed" the restaurant was that night(1/23/22) as we were waiting for the table. I'm sorry to hear that but why do I have to keep hearing about the staffing issues of the night? The manager on duty also had to inform us that wait staff personnel are working through their breaks because of staffing. Once again, I'm sorry to hear about your staffing woes but I don't know why she felt the need to tell us about the whole staffing problem. I was more than satisfied when we did get a table and the service we received was excellent but the manager was definitely a Debbie downer!

I have a dairy allergy and I felt like my waitress was really empowered to make sure my food stayed dairy free. She gave me an interactive allergen menu and checked to make sure what I ordered remained dairy free. I really appreciated how Marie treated my food needs and that she checked to make sure ingredients would be okay for me.And! My tavern burger was great. It was all a win. Thanks Marie for making this one of the least painful dining experiences.

All we wanted was a nice meal after a really grueling day so decided to grab some Red Robin take out. We used the online order which was the 1st mistake. We had to reenter several times before the it worked. When we called for our meal, she said I see here you asked for plastic ware but is there anything else I can get you. We said yes Napkins. She brought our food out which was nearly falling out of the bag. Would it really hurt to use 2 bags? We got to out hotel and guess what? No utensils No Napkins. And No fries. To make it worse, the food was gross. They offer zucchini fries which I'm not sure contained any zucchini--just some kind of gross fried batter. When I called to ask for missing items, I was abruptly told no. Not their problem. Too bad for me. Eat your salad with your fingers. (Paraphrasing). Seriously spent $50 including a tip...for what? A lesson in never again. This place should just close so people don't make the mistake I did. Leave food service to restaurants that care about quality and service. And by the way, don't ask me if I need anything else if you don't have the intention of giving it to me.

This is a common place for us to go before Broncos games. It's right off I-25 so easy to get in and out of when coming from the south. Always get quick service and the food is always great. Never any issues over the 10+ years we have been going. They have changed the menu some which has some new items to try as well.
