Rude store manager named David had a very nasty attitude when I was checking my order due to past experiences of missing items and made it home and discovered that this unprofessional rude manager told me to move his exact words which was heard by the general manager Clayton who finally stepped in after the cashier pointed Clayton out he admitted that the manager was out of line but began to make excuses for the bad behavior of the rude manager and refused to give the district managers name and number this is one of the worst Panera bread s I've been to rude and nasty manager
They turn off the WiFi throughout the day because they claim people are using it without ordering. Avoid if you are coming here to do work and order lunch like I did.
Ordered a You Pick 2, no queue when ordering so it was quick. Got the order within 5 mins and the taste was good. Panera maintains the same taste even if we cross boundaries and try them in other states. Overall a pleasant experience
I really like the food at Panera. Always tasty and really fresh. Great service, nice people!
I had a medical emergency and had to be escorted away in an ambulance. The manager and guests went above and beyond to ensure our meal was packaged and we were taken care of.We ate our meal later and it was delicious!
This location consistently has the best coffee of all the other Panera locations in the area. I love stopping here on my way to work. Great team, always friendly. Location gets busy during lunch like most locations, but I try to come off busy hours.
I love their cobb salad and mangk smoothie.
Umm where's the rest of my soup? As you can see what wasnt under 1/3 cup of broth. What a joke
Pricy for the amount of food. Luckily the food was tasty, but for the price I can go to a fine restaurant.
I’ve been frequently coming at this location for just coffee but noticed every employee is kind, positive and has awesome customer service. Have nothing but compliments so far, awesome people.
