Some but not all of the staff is wearing gloves multiple people without hairnets or hats with long hair the expediter kept touching his face and touching food. Saw several people handling plates while the young staff member kept touching his pants his arms his face and his phone then the food plates. Some people without gloves grabbing cookies with their bare hands and putting them in to go orders. The people that were handling cash And then would turn around and butter up your toast with avocado. Food server was touching the buzzers for the table then Scooping chips and leaving scoop in the chips. It makes no sense to have the people that prepare the food wear gloves and hats and give it to a person that serves and adds toppings with no Ppe. Just expected more safety processes. Food is excellent too bad the kitchen is expensed for everyone to watch the blunders.
My husband picked up dinner here on Mother’s Day and I got food poisoning from the blueberry pesto sandwich. That was the only thing I ate that day that was different from the rest of my family. Then the next day my husband went to eat the side salad that I had ordered and didn’t eat and found a paper clip in the bottom of the bowl. Stay far, far away from here!
Delivery could use improvement, I’m always pleased when I dine in! Delicious flat iron is my go-to, but I’ve tried many options including: salmon curry, farmer salad, med bowl, etc. So fresh and so good. Their cucumber lemonade is the best $3 I ever spent.
Great delicious healthy food ! A mango chicken dish was amazing and my grandson with a bit of a fussy appetite enjoyed the grilled cheese. We did take out. They do have a lovely dine in space. Staff was friendly and efficient. Parking was ample. Highly recommend this healthy tasty food.
We love this place! For its food and customer service.Ease of ordering…. Not so much.My office loves it so I use it for every event we have, and our family loves it… However the app is constantly not working. CONSTANTLY.It drives me insane. Their IT department is as lacking as their food is amazing.
Food was good, but portion size was mediocre. We had soup and sandwich combo which came with about 6 kettle cooked chips and half a sandwich..... we shared a drink and our total was around $31, not including tip. While eating my niece wanted more chips due to the small bits we got, but we both enjoyed the soup (tomato basil).
I love mod market but why have you become so chintzy?? Not even a small handful of chips. Two tiny pieces of chicken on a $12 salad. Dressing that's less than half full. What happened to you?

I am a long time and loyal customer of Mod Market but this is the absolute worst location! They consistently have rude staff that mess up orders and have no customer service skills. The orders are always inconsistent and missing something. The Highlands Ranch and Glendale locations are much better.
Amazing experience. Truly a modern kitchen. From ordering online (and the interaction with the kitchen about I'm on my way, I'm here, I've picked up my order is nice) to the easy pick-up station (with seperate areas for delivery and online orders) to the wonderful healthy fast menu selection. Even ordering in store is touchscreens! So many delicious options to choose from I went with Berkshire pulled pork (with rice and chimichurri) and rosemary mashed sweet potatoes and arugula blue cheese salad for sides. Also got dessert, a delicious marshmallow salted caramel rice krispie topped with Nutella. Everything was so good, tasted almost home cooked to me. I didn't leave anything left. Excited to eat here again. Love how healthy, modern, fast, and tasty it is. Would recommend to everyone.
