MADgreens was good. The TY Cobb salad was good. The Green Detox drink wasn't the best. Definitely, not worth $6.85. I have made better juice....I hope I am detoxing!Nonetheless, the employees are nice. Angel was amazing!!The business is clean and organized. It wasn't too busy, but people were coming in at a steady pace.Overall, this is a nice healthy choice for a good place to eat.
This location is always overly busy but some how this crew finds a way to get orders out diligently with a smile. Thanks for working so hard and dealing with the people you do!
I ordered the Southwest Cobb Salad and it was fantastic. I very filling, hearty salad. I ordered online and it took about 15min for it to be ready.
This isn't the best of MAD Green locations. The staff is semi/friendly, a few of them act if they don't want to be there and it takes awhile longer then other locations I've visited. The food is still good all the same.
I ordered lunch through their online ordering. I picked up my order and when I returned to work I realized they put the wrong order in my bag. My name was correct on the outside but inside was someone else order. I picked up at 11:45am, when I realized the order was wrong it was too late for me to leave work to get lunch. I tried calling the store to speak with someone but their phone systems were set up to NOT allow any calls until 1:30pm, which is almost 2 hours after my order was placed and picked up. Poor customer service when it comes to being able to talk to someone, I now know not to order from Mad Greens again during their "peak time".
Such a great concept! A build your own salad assembly line service with dozens of ingredients to choose from & they mix it all up in a big metal salad bowl as they go. I fell in love with this place the moment they asked: Do you want light, medium, or moderately heavy dressing? ? Moderately heavy of course! And then they even ask to make sure it’s enough.Here’s a combo to try: Don Quixote, substitute the corn & mango for eggs & red onions. That’s mixed greens, southwest chicken, pepper jack cheese, avocado, red onions, egg, & creamy ginger dressing. A little bit of pepper. I added some cashews at home. Went here 2 days in a row!
Seriously guys...I placed an online order for your location. Two salads, not very difficult.. I ordered two dressings on the side.. Not ONLY did you completely mess up the very SIMPLE directions of putting the dressing ON THE SIDE, you mixed two dressings that you know shouldn't have gone together PERIOD, resulting in inedible $14 salads. Will be filing a complaint with the financial institution for this complete lack of training and attention to detail when taking online orders (A major staple in today's food service industry)What will you do to rectify the situation and be accountable for your undertrained staff.
We ordered online from this store, and delivery was set as 7:43pm. But the status never changed. At 8:40pm we called the delivery help desk, and they said that there had been an issue assigning drivers, but she said she manually assigned a driver and the driver already confirmed they were on their way. As a kindness, she gave me a full refund, but said my food was still on its way. An hour later, we still didn't have our food, and now the restaurant is closed. I would have been upset but forgiven things if they had said there were issues, cancelled the order, and given a refund. But they said it was on its way, so we waited. And we were lied to. I love Mad Greens, and I try to order from there as often as I can. But this isn't okay. If it's not going to get there, tell us. But it's horrible customer service to respond to a complaint by saying it's taken care of when it very clearly is not.
My mother took me here for lunch a few weeks back and I absolutely loved it. So kuch so, I took my wife the same day! The Baja Shrimp bowl is amazing. The Hummus Trio is so light and tasty! Definitely going back.
At the bellview and yosemite location. Not only did my online order take 15 extra minutes but the lady did not come to help the girl at the front make salads until after she was done doing dishes. She was cursing so much and socializing while myself and three other people STILL waited for our pick up orders. Horrible.
