It's been years since we returned to this restaurant. Parking was difficult and we checked several lots before finding a spot. The biggest change we saw was in the ceiling fabric which mitigated the loudness of the space despite the dining room being quite full. The food was good. Service strong. Decor beautiful, while the chairs were comfortable and roomy.
Kind of dark but that is the vibe they’re going for. Vegas style lounge in Denver area. Definitely turns into a party atmosphere later in the week/later in the eve. Not a great spot to meet people unless you’re already with people. The bar faces away from the rest of the lounge area so you’re stuck facing the two small TVs or hoping someone interesting will sit next to you. Great date or hang with friends spot though! Food is good, not stellar. Kind of pricey for what it is. Hope to go back for a five star experience!
First time eating there good happy menu great service
Amazing food and amazing service! Jake was a very good waiter! Glad we came. Would definitely recommend, and would definitely return!
Very interesting restaurant. Went here for Denver restaurant week and let me say not sure I’ll be back unfortunately. We made reservations (which is needed since they seemed to be packed during the weekends and Friday’s). This place was not what I was expecting. The right side is the bar and almost club-like area with gals dressed in interesting form fitting little clothing wear and or uniform?? I only mention that since it’s a white table cloth place with a silver tray for collecting the bill. Then, the right side seems to be the family-friendly and dinning area. We were seated in the worst spot in the house. Right next to the hostesses table and was highly trafficked- loud, and noisy. It was a date night as well but overall very uncomfortable and distracting. Though the food was delicious nonetheless! However, it was pretty pricey, so sure if it’s worth that price considering everything else. Was bummed out since I’ve been looking forward to going here.
unique and fun tastes!! loved every bite. i went for denver restaurant week and had a 4 course meal (starter salad not pictured) for only $45 ?somehow they made a kale (kale!!) salad taste good. the grilled chicken was so tender and the fried rice that came with it was a pleasant surprise
I gotta say their Peking Duck is awesome. I’ve tried Peking Duck in Beijing and multiple big cities in the US, and this is for sure top notch. Other foods are just ok.However, their service seems really chaotic—when we walk into the restaurant, no one greet us, no one asked us whether we want to see outside or inside, and our server (who had poker face the whole time) asked us for dessert while we were still actively working on the main course. I mean, this is a $$$ restaurant, go work on your service please.I give 2 stars, only for their Peking Duck.
Kayla in the front is fantastic - she is professional, commands respect and is incredible to her customers. The food here is fresh and the portion sizes are perfect. The front is very crowded - the coat rack and the computer are hugely in the way. Other than that - love Jing in every way.
So we finally went and tried this place out, been hearing good things. The service is fantastic, a unique concept for a restaurant. The one side appears to be the lounge with girls in short dresses barely covering their butts, and high boots on. Then you have the dining side which is nicely decorated and the short dress ladies will bring your drinks out and make an appearance. Kind of interesting to say the least, keeps it lively. Anyway the food is pretty expensive for wok food. Of course they have other items and the peppercorn crusted tenderloin was good, but a little charred for medium well. Appetizers were pricey at $11 for 2 tiny slim egg rolls or 4 crab Rangoon. What really got me though was the fact you go to a nice place like this and get a wok classic dish and you have to pay for white rice!! Not only that but it’s $3 damn dollars when you are already paying $22 for the dish. Come on, this is STUPID, I know inflation is bad now but let’s get real. You want rice with your stir fry! The fried rice sure wasn’t worth $7 and was very bland. I would probably go back for the atmosphere and service, but not all it’s worked up to be.
Horrible service. Didn’t get asked what we wanted to eat until over an hour in. Restaurant was out of several items and the food was not that good. And there was an NBA fight in the bathroom.
