I only live 7-8 minutes away and I always see my online order waiting on the front table when I pull up. These folks are really fast, almost freakishly. And the orders are right 99% of the time. Good crew.
If you only want half of your order go ahead and use this location. Always get my sandwich but the drink I order comes maybe half the time. Understaffed and a manager that doesn't care I guess.

I understand they’re probably short on drivers, but when a food delivery that normally takes 15 minutes takes an hour, it can kind of ruin your evening. I would have gone to pick it up(less than 1 mile) if the website would have warned me.
This is my experience that includes not the last 3 years our office has ordered from this particular location, but last few months.The manager is not a happy individual, has a pretty nasty attitude when under pressure. If I tried to pull hat off, I'd be fired on the spot.Multiple times the order got messed up, missing chips, wrong sandwich, order for a completely different person... And now, in the last few weeks, it took TWO hours to get our order of 4 sandwiches. I called an hour later after we placed the order, and someone with that lovely attitude told me off with "you will get your order when my driver gets here!!".Alrighty, got it in 1 hour and 55 minutes. Let's just say, that was the last time we have ordered from this location.Speedy nor friendly does not exist with this location.PS: The two stars are ONLY for the first two years of our orders.
I’m guessing they’re very understaffed. The guy said he couldn’t take my order because he was the only driver & he had 5 other orders to deliver. I said okay no worries I’ll call back in a little bit. Called back in almost 40 minutes and when he repeated the last order back he mentioned 2 chocolate chips cookies along with some sandwich I never even heard of . Then he ask me if I was calling from 720-331-****. I said ummm nope (it wasn’t even close to my number) and next thing I know he hung up. We just ended up getting a better deal from Jersey Mike’s.
Great location on a Saturday afternoon. Fast and clean restaurant.
Came into the store at 6:40pm today and employee was rocking their finger back n forth saying "no" before we even walked into the store. Walk in and employee at register let's us know we won't be served for 15min due to another employee having to take a break. Legit the whole store was empty, thus they could have easily taken our order first and then gone on break or at the very minimum one of the two employees could have done their actual job. Never have I been denied business during regular store hours. Awful store, go to another one!
If I could give zero stars I would. EVERY single time I come to this JJs something goes wrong with my order. Tonight was the last straw. It took an hour to get my delivery to me and the driver just dropped it off at the front door in the rain and left. The 2 drinks were missing and once we both opened our sandwiches we realized they were both made wrong. I called the store to let them know and the person that answered the phone just laughed it off stating that they "ran out of pickles" and "I don't really work at this location." If I were running a business I would like to know how shi**y and unprofessional my employees are.
Had excellent service and sandwiches were great.
