I walked in here today because the closer JJ's was closed. Ordered a small sub and the roll was not fully baked and still doughy! No paper cups left for water. When I was ordering I told the female working behind the counter with a clear voice that I wanted a 'regular..' and she immediately rang me up for a #3 or something without even letting me finish telling her which sandwich I wanted. LOL. Do these people know how to sell food? I think the owner needs to get into a different line of business.
Well maybe I should have looked at the reviews a long time ago. I placed a order on the JJ app, one hour later I get a text message saying my order was out for delivery, another hour goes by and nothing. Anyway, I called the store and they couldn’t get ahold of the driver. The lady I spoke to asked me if I could wait another 15 minutes and I said yes. Fifteen minutes went by and still no order so I called back and this time a man answered, I explained what happened and asked for a refund. Neither the lady or gentleman I spoke to apologized. At least act like you care a little about your customers. It was like I was inconveniencing them by calling. Zero customer service and zero accountability at this location. Stay clear of it.
This location repeatedly and continues to mess up simple orders. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve simply requested no tomatoes and to cut my sandwich in half. Neither of those was done AGAIN and there’s barely any Mayonnaise and the other dressing that’s supposed to be on my sandwich. Owners of this location need to seriously step up their game with their employees, there’s been way too many mess ups and not enough fixes for customers. Awful
If you only have an hour for lunch, you should probably order at 10am to ensure your lunch gets to you by noon. I ordered 2 hours ago and it’s still not here. Their website says, “Your order may take longer due to inclement weather.” First of all, it’s a beautiful day outside, so I thought that was a fluke. Second, if my order was going to take 2 hours, that should probably be noted to give me an option to find something quicker. I understand that establishments are short staffed these days. Setting clear expectations goes a long way.This would’ve been a 1-star review but the sweet human over the phone refunded my money and the driver was super apologetic.Management, set your employees up for success or you’ll lose them to better sandwich shops like Snarf’s.
I have ordered from there many times and most of my experiences were poor. My sandwich said it was out for delivery for over an hour and came extremely soggy to the point where it fell apart or the order was made incorrectly. Now the few times I’ve tried to reach out and or get a refund I was met with attitude from the staff and was essentially blamed for my sandwich being soggy one lady in particular just argued with me and when the manager got on the phone and I described the incident his response was “okay I’ll void it” very horrible management all my co workers order from here because it is very close by and yet it takes up to 2 hours to get here, comes soggy or the employees are rude to us not to mention I did not receive a refund as I was told I would.
Honestly fk jimmy johns. These sandwiches are nothing considering what they charge. If you want a really good sandwich go down the street to snarfs. You get more and pay less. Jimmy johns never again
Great crew working here. Excellent communication on the line and food was great!Could be a little faster. Meat puller could have the next couple of sandwiches ready to go before the bread is cut. Consolidator, if you're waiting on the sandwich, pull the corner of the paper down and write the number of the sandwich (you can also put the sticker there as well and wrap into it).

Walked in to order 3 sandwiches. I was the only one in at the time and waited 5 minutes while the cashier and this other guy stood there. I asked if someone was going to make my sandwiches and the guy said he didn’t know how and the guy that knew how was in the bathroom. Ridiculous. 5 people waiting when I left.
I paid for 1 piece of sad Turkey on my unwhich. All I could taste was lettuce and mustard. Probably won’t go to JJs anymore if I’m paying for 1 slice of Turkey.
