I love this place. I like the people that work there, as they are nice and do a wonderful job! They make whatever sandwiches i want however i want, and it tastes great every time.
It’s probably my fault for ordering from somewhere corporate… However, Subway, Which Wich, or Quiznos would have given me a far more substantial sub and not charged me $18 for it. Lower your prices or raise the quality of your product… the only reason I didn’t give this place 1 star was because the staff and management was so friendly, pleasant and welcoming.
Staff was quick, took my big order accurately, and even asked extra questions about the sandwiches to make sure they were exactly what I wanted. I rated at four stars not five stars because the cashier attempted to sneak in a round up to my bill for a charity without my knowledge. I know it’s only $.30, but integrity in the small things is important.
I wandered in early on a Thursday evening and found the place to be spotless and inviting in this congested little mall due to the Martial Arts School in session next door. I was greeted by a friendly crew and they were racking up internet orders so they must be doing something right. Jersey Mike’s are all across the United States and we have several that we frequent near our home in Minnesota. We order from them frequently, but I’m not the one who orders the food so I made the mistake of ordering a regular size for just one person. The folks behind the counter were awesome and were carefully hustling out the orders. Great experience, nice people, good food.

Well, I have been going to this location for a few years because of convenience. However, when I've ordered extra meat from this location at least 5 times recently they never put it on after I've paid for it. That sucked, no integrity.I went to other locations as well and realized they are not giving me what I ordered after I paid for it, further confirmation. The others do.Needless to say, I won't return and go to the other locations that do not screw their customers out of money and really what they ordered and paid for.Assh?les.
Love their app...order is always ready when I get there.

Me and my wife visited jersey Mike's for the first time to try something other than subway and we are glad we did! I got a ham and provolone sub and I got it Mike's way. It was made perfectly and tasted delicious! The staff greeted us as soon as we walked in and talked to us like we were family! Great service and food
Ashlee is truly a sandwich artist. Made me the best Philly I’ve ever had. Will be returning regularly.
