The staff at this location is friendly and pleasant. The food is great! No complaints.
The food and service were excellent! Our waitress memorized and delivered our highly detailed order perfectly. I will definitely recommend and return to this IHOP. They even have gluten free pancakes for those who are GF!!!
One of the best IHOP I've been to in a while for customer service. I am talking about the customer service here and mainly how friendly the manager is.To shed a little light on the food I would say it is lacking and below average. The fries were pretty gross and even the ranch tasted bad. My cowboy Burger was cooked ok, but the finished product was cold upon getting it and the breaded bun was hard.
I always enjoy IHOP every once in a while. The food can be pretty tasty, especially for the prices. I recommend getting the app for there are always discounts on it. It’s not the best restaurant out there but to have satisfying food that is open 24 hours, it is worth it. I ended getting their chicken and waffles and I enjoyed them!
It had been quite some time since I've eaten at a IHOP. Our family met there largely due to weather and it being near their hotel. And I must add that I've never eaten there for anything besides breakfast. So going for dinner was novel. And ended up being fantastic. I had some kind of Western melt with Mac and cheese and barbecue pork and it was delicious. Everyone else seemed to like their various meals as well. But what makes this a five-star review was the management and our server. They were fun and accommodating and made the experience quite pleasant.Full disclosure, they did make a mistake with one of our orders. But I only bring that up because the order was a special order. Trying to turn a spicy patty melt into a regular patty melt. They forgot to remove the jalapenos from the order. But our server and the cooks made it right very quickly and were incredibly apologetic for the mistake. And again we were asking for something that wasn't on the menu so the fact that they were doing it at all was great in my opinion, let alone that they owned up to their mistake and rectified it.A place being run well and staffed by good people. Food was great and the service was even better.
It was an amazing experience! The sever if I wasn’t wrong her name was Raven was so kind and attentive. The manager was also very friendly and checked up on us. Nowadays it’s hard to go to restaurants and find attentive customer service. We are definitely coming back to this location even if it means we have to drive further. Thank you to both the manager and Raven for making our experience pleasant!
Extremely rude staff and management. Requires masks even for vaccinated customers and they do not have any to provide you with. Staff had very bad attitudes for no reason. We did not understand why others are able to walk around maskless but they won't even seat us without one. They were not accommodating at all. Do better you're in customer service, quit if you don't want to treat people with common courtesy.

This location is horrible and I wouldn't suggest going here. They make you wear a mask to get in, even though it's not federally mandated, and they don't have any masks to offer either. They denied us service, had a very bad attitude and I found a better place to spend my money. We only had to walk 2 feet to get to our table, there were only a couple people in the whole restaurant, obviously i see why, and no one was wearing masks at their table and he still wouldn't let us in. I'm glad to know to stay far away from ihop. This is how to get your business to go bankrupt, and I will NEVER eat at an ihop again.
