I love this place! They have such good breads, pastries and they even make sandwiches for lunch! Can't go wrong here.
Great variety, love the cinnamon raisin bread, love that they make,Irish soda bread forst. Patrick's DayFriendly staff.
Definitely some of the best tasting and most reasonably priced frozen yogurt around. Very friendly staff. Always very clean.Would love to see more flavors available more consistently and have them be open more consistently and later than 8pm. Over the past 3 weeks, I have stopped by many times and was disappointed because either they were closed early (at 6pm), the yogurt machines were shut down/yogurt shack was not open (bread store was), or they had a very limited selection of flavors. I was in on Friday night and they only had 3 random flavors available that didn't appeal to me. I love their vanilla, cotton candy, and mountain blackberry flavors. Would be great if there were more seasonal flavors (peppermint stick for the Christmas season; caramel apple, pumpkin spice or pumpkin pie for the fall; more fruit flavors for the summer like peach, blueberry, raspberry, mango, etc.). Other great flavors to maybe consider: strawberry shortcake, cheesecake, banana cream pie/pudding, and cupcake batter. As a frozen yogurt lover, I appreciate the Yogurt Shack for being open and serving the community. Would love to give 10 stars (if the ratings went that high) if more consistently open during their posted hours, open later until 10pm or at least 9pm, had more reliable machines that didn''t break down as easily and often and/or aren't turned off as frequently so the full capacity of flavors was more reliably available, and if there was a larger selection of flavors with more frequent rotation.
VERY HIGHLY RECCOMENDED!!! The breads here are literally the best breads in Colorado. The flavors and variety are unmatched. Have tried the other bread bakeries and they don't come close. Go! You will love it.!
I have shopped at this store for years; it has experience many different owners; the first two owners were wonderful. The employees who are working at the bread company presently are rude. Unlike previous owners they are not willing to honor what is written on their gift cards or hold any items for just 1 hour. I live in Parker; it takes 45 minutes to get there. When I asked the employee if she could hold a couple of items she was nasty and hung up on me. She was not provoked in any way; it was just a simply question. No excuse for such behavior.
If you've never been to a Great Harvest Bread boy have you missed out. Their breads out of this world! Made fresh daily with an amazing selection. Also, fantastic sandwiches you can order as well.
Been getting bread from here since I was a kid. Dakota bread is my favorite. And the cheesy garlic bread is such a good savoury flavor. Lots of pastries too
I received a gift voucher valued at $12. It says that I can call ahead to ensure the bakery has the item I would like. I did. The manager told me that I have to order in person. I would have to drive 20 minutes to the store today to order it and turn in the gift voucher and then come back and drive another 20 minutes on Wednesday to get the pie. She laughed at me for being upset. So the voucher says, "to ensure the bakery has the item you would like please call ahead", but they won't let you order ahead by phone. I think this is terrible customer service and no manager should ever laugh at a customer.Later today I called the owners. Instead of offering to make it right, in my opinion, they made excuses...they don't actually print those gift vouchers and they decided you can't order by phone. I was told I could come in and redeem it for something on the shelf. The morning staff said if I wanted a pie I have to order it in advance, because they only make enough for what is ordered. It seems these gift vouchers aren't for what one wants, rather for what is left over. Still the point is they didn't offer to make it right. The card says to call ahead and make sure they have the Bakery item you would like (See photo). It seems they don't trust me that I have a gift voucher and when I said their staff member (who they told me has worked there 8 years) laughed at me, the apology had an "IF" in it. After pointing out to the owner that I didn't even get a proper apology, he said, "I'm sorry IF Lupe laughed at you." His apology also sounded something like, "I'm sorry this didn't work out the way you wanted." Neither of these apologies are going to work. How about, "I am very sorry this happened to you. Our staff shouldn't have laughed at you, and since the card says you can call ahead, we will honor that. How can we make it right?" That's all they had to do and I would not be writing a review. Imagine how this gift voucher makes the giver of the voucher appear to the recipient. Instead of it being a feel good gift, it is nothing but frustration.
The service and friendly attitudes is great at this location. Steve,Laura and Joey are all very helpful and kind. The breads and rolls and pies are the best!I am grateful that we have these people at this location on Orchard and University. We are very lucky!
