We went to Eddie V's and sat in the bar for a nice Friday night happy hour. We had an enjoyable experience overall by having the sashimi appetizer, the burrata side and then the halibut special. The drinks were phenomenal! The only suggestion that we have is that it would have been nice to have a happy hour or bar menu that had smaller portions available for those of us not looking for a big entree.
We love Eddie V's. We came this time for our anniversary and they've become our favorite restaurant in Denver. They gave a small anniversary decoration at the table, the server Russell and Manager Dominic were absolutely amazing. Just the right amount of attentive. We like to sit in the bar by the live music. Thanks for being amazing and making our anniversary dinner special.
