Walked in with only one other customer in the store. Walked up to the pickup counter only to be ignored for 5 minutes. Very low level of professionalism.
Service was quick, but weird. The avocado toast did not have any bacon on it, and overall each order was missing 1 thing it was supposed to have. Then I asked for a straw and the worker stood in the drive-thru window holding my straw close to him staring at the ceiling for what felt like 2 minutes before he refocused and shot his hand through the window, gave me the straw, then slammed the window. No salutations. It was just weird.
At first, I was a little leery coming to this location. It's on super busy Arapahoe rd by I-25 and the entrance to this location has a steep descent and you need to keep an eye out for it because it's blink and you'll miss it. If it wasn't for the entrance sign, I probably would have. The service at the front counter was fairly quick and the employee was somewhat friendly. I really don't see myself coming to this location often.
I haven’t been to a DD in probably 20 years, but Krispy Kream was closed today due to staffing shortages and I had promised my son some Valentine’s Day donuts, so we tried these. The donuts are just ok, really nothing special about them. I feel like I could have gotten the same quality from the grocery store for cheaper. Plus this location is extremely hard to get in and out of, which is the reason I’ve never gone and don’t really plan on visiting again.
Good donuts but no dairy free offerings ?
Went in to use the restroom THEN buy my coffee. After five minutes of eating I asked the server “is there someone in the restroom?” Her response was “I don’t know I don’t have a key.” Asked again after five more minutes, same response. Finally asked another worker whether it was “pay to pee.” He said “yep, we’re in a metro area. Let me get you a key.” I bought my coffee from him, told him it would have been REALLY nice if the lady had told me that ten wasted minutes earlier! #lier #wastemytime #wontreturn
My biggest issue with their coffee is that it tasted like tap water with a bit of coffee in it. I had less of an issue with the fact that there was nasty goopy stuff near the spout (looked like adhesive, but wasn't happy to have it on my hand), and the coffee bladder was only filled half-way. I won't be ordering here again.

Everyone there is very nice, I come everyday
Took a little while to get my coffee but when I did get my coffee and food they were made really well. The scenery that this dunking has is unmatched. The flora and fauna is great for just relaxing in the morning with a cup of joe.
