Will not go to this Chipotle again! Quality of the food and service has been on the decline for years but I tried to be understanding. However, tonight I ordered dinner for 2 from a server who did not greet me...didn't even speak. Just stood and looked at me with a blank expression! I gave preparation requests to a young lady who did not speak or look at me.....just threw the items on the plate. She even put lettuce on my burrito when I asked her not to, and when I said no, I did not want lettuce on that burrito she just shrugged her shoulders and moved on to the next customer.Check out was with a young lady who said nothing more than $26.82. When I got home with my order, I discovered my burrito was not wrapped properly, was in a lump at the bottom of the bag. Completely ruined. No more!
I love chipotle but will never go to this location again. I was the only person in the restaurant and the girl at the front did not acknowledge me until I said "how are you doing today", she said "good" and continued whatever else she was doing with no other response. The 2 other people behind the counter did not offer to help or take my order. After about 5 minutes I just said screw it and left the restaurant. I have worked at many restaurants and would never treat a customer this way.If you want garbage service, this is the restaurant for you...
This Chipotle had supply issues which happens but their solution was to honor online orders and kickout walk-ins. Thats backwards. . . To honor people who can order online from somewhere else and not serve people who took the time to physically come to their store is ridiculous. Will not be coming back to this Chipotle. Online orders should never supersede in-store purchases.
A business so reliant on technology they can’t take food orders at 1pm when they’re computer doesn’t cooperate- just give out some free food and make people happy. We just have a 1/2 hour for lunch and you wasted 10 minutes of it.
This is a good Chipotle location. I arrived shortly before closing and still received good service. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and my salad met my expectations. I recommend this Chipotle location.

Cheese quesadilla. Hardly any cheese, but plenty of burnt tortilla. Rice not cooked- still crunchy, and containers were half full. I purposely ordered after lunch rush, hoping they'd have time to provide something tasty. Will not order from this location, nor go in to order in person again. Sloppy careless employees
This place has great food, but it's very hit or miss. I get the steak quesadilla and it's always either pure perfection or filled with horrible insanely chewy/fat-only pieces. I do love the trays with the 3 different spots for sides (keeps things separate). And I love when they make the rice taste super lime-y. The staff is also hit or miss, some are super friendly but some are just a bit too business-like and antisocial. Truly you could go here one day and have the worst Chipotle experience and the next and have the best Chipotle experience. It's quite odd, and slightly annoying for people like me who live nearby and eat there a lot.
It was not busy when we were there, but staff was still impatient and really seemed to be in a rush. The pinto beans were not fully cooked. Other than that, the food was good.
Literally the worst chipotle I have ever had. I have lived in this area about 4 years now and this location used to be great. But now I have to return or demand refunds in every order. The food is undercooked and cold, they mess up EVERY SINGLE ORDER, and the staff are cold and rude. Do NOT eat at this location. You’ll will regret it. Whoever the manager is they seriously need to either be terminated, replaced, or have the location shut down. Look at all the reviews below in the last year or so. Almost all are 1 stars. AVOID THIS LOCATION OR EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK. You’ll pay full price for missing food and ingredients.
