Three times now I have gone to this location off Belleview in the evening and had an absolutely terrible experience. Tonight took the cake. Every time I go somewhere around 9PM they already have all the seating stacked up and the air conditioner Blasting. Just for fun, I brought my room thermometer and it was 59 degrees. Do they do this to keep people from eating inside? Maybe they do it to make the owner have to pay $1000 or more a month in energy bills... Not sure. The vibe of the staff is Lord Of The Flies, I'm not kidding, it's like nobody has been trained, nobody is in charge, there is an air of complete malaise and they treat customers like they are a nuisance. There is one woman in particular, who appears to be the manager that is beyond rude. She rolls her eyes and is visibly annoyed at everything. Never says hello. Never.The rest of the staff is miserable, unfriendly and need to be trained on how to say hello as well. How to look at customers and how to talk to them. They should also be trained on how to make tacos. If I order veggie tacos and I'm not getting meat or peppers, then perhaps more than 10 strands of rice and 5 beans is necessary. They get frustrated when I point this out. The worst part tonight was the BROWN guacamole, as you can see in the photo. I asked if there was any fresh and she said nothing and just shook her head NO. 3 times is my limit, I will not be back.

I came in to get a burrito bowl and I encountered a very rude worker, You can tell she doesn’t like her job . She laughed at me, rolled her eyes, and was not helpful at all. Not to mention that the food is usually cold and I asked for light guacamole and she put so much on I couldn’t even eat my food . I usually love this place but after tonight I’m sorry to say that I won’t be returning to this location
Solid location (definitely better than the one by my house), but DONT GO RIGHT AT 12. Wait until 1:30 if you want lunch there. It gets so crowded with the high school kids from Cherry Creek, the business crowd from DTC, and people in general. Took 45 minutes for them to bring out the food, the burrito is the size of a small breakfast burrito and they didnt put the steak in.I do like this location, but plan accordingly.

If I wanted a bowl of sour cream, I would have ordered a bowl of sour cream. And I didn’t get a tortilla. Threw it in the trash!! I work 840-6 and now I have no lunch. Great job. When I called, all I got was I’m sorry About that. What does that do?? This was my first and last time trying this place. Total garbage!!
Best chipotle I've been too! Restaurant is always clean and the staff are incredibly friendly!
Did online order in advance. Went to get my pick-up order soley for the purpose of avoiding crowds and was told it wasn't ready. Went back to my car. After a while, I went in again and it was clear they forgot my order. Waited outside at this point. 15 people in a long line got their food before me. When they finally brought my order 20 minutes past pickup time, they forgot my drink. Now I was late to class and even worse, when I went to eat my food the portions sucked - like literally 6 pieces of chicken and a queso cup not full... The manager seemed to care, wish I could say the same for the employees.

The girls working tonight did a fantastic job keeping up with the long lines. We also really appreciated being given a large guacamole when we had to wait for more to be prepared. Fantastic job guys
