Guy with Batman tattoo on his arm flat out lied about putting cornbread in my order. I literally watched him. Keep your cornbread and learn some ethics fella.
5 stars for service with a smile but 1 star for food. Ordered 2 whole chickens around 6 30pm on a Tuesday from the drive thru. Got home and this is what I found. Why would you sell this??
I haven't been to a Boston Market in approximately twenty years due to geographic limitations, and I jumped at the chance to eat there once again during my travels. It was as delicious as I remembered.Is this a gourmet restaurant? No. Is it technically fast food? Yes. Is the food comforting, delicious, and plentiful? Absolutely yes. I'm glad this chain has survived the rigors of time and changing tastes - some things and places are wonderfully consistent.
Huge decrease in quality. Upon entering all I could smell was burnt chicken. It used to be cooked perfectly, now its this partially rubberized, partially crispy carcass. It was liberally covered in a sauce which was plain. I chose mac n cheese and they stopped making the sliced apples so I got sweet potatoes. The sweet potatoes were good but the mac and cheese was noodles in yellow salt liquid.There is no way this is the boston market I remeber from my childhood. The whole ambiance was awful music and cold.

They were extremely prompt, helpful with making decision of what family combo to buy, and efficient, all with a smile. The inside, although clean, was a little messy with boxes for something. It could have been organized a tad better if they were doing something, but the floors were super clean.
