The lady manger was super nice didn't get her name though.
This is the first time for me at an Arby’s. I was never a huge fan of roast beef sandwiches so I ordered from their chicken offerings. It was not incredible and but I enjoyed it for the price.Their curly fries are my absolute favorite now
The website says they close at 10pm. Google does as well. The employees closed the store at 8pm and then argued with us about their closing time. They were rude, disrespectful and yelled at us when we inquired about them closing early.
Their cash Register is always down or they always say we are short staff and we closed early. Like really? then turn off the lights and menu signs.
Employee was rude and food is always missing or extra food lol lobby is never open !
Does anyone get anything other than the Beef and Cheddar? I know I don't.
Went to this location at 8:55 PM on a Sunday and they were closed. The info said they were open until 10PM. Really BIG Waste of my time and gas!!!Ended up driving to the Park Meadows location that was open as advertised andPlaced my order there.
Curly fries were burned yet cold. Not my favorite location.
Fries were cooked and fantastic. Everything was great today!
Arby's food is always wonderful. It's also nice when you get great customer service. I just went through the drive-thru and I believe the guy's name was Tristan and he was just super cool super friendly and I really appreciate him. When it's hard for businesses to find employees it's really nice to come across someone who is willing to work and has such a positive disposition
