I ordered wings extra extra well done. Got pink wings. Girl tried to charge me for seasoning. Major argued with me saying that the wings were not undercooked. Not professional at all. The staff screwed around.
Chicken seemed overcooked and dry when we got it... Also the chicken variety was slacking. I bought 20 wings- all Drumsticks... I prefer wingets myself and when paying $30 for chicken wings you want it to be good. I was bummed because I go to the wing stop in Fort Collins and it is ALWAYS on point. Probably will take myself to Fort Collins next time to be honest
Raw pink chicken when I bit into it, I had to throw them away and felt grossed out and nauseous. Not crispy at all and we got over 30 pieces all wasted.
Almost been a half hour waiting for boneless with and a fry. That very unreasonable especially since there halfway cooked…. Lady spent 10 minutes trying to get a refund. First time and most likely last time at wing stop
This place use to be a dirty hole in the wall. I haven't been there in some time but stopped in there today. The food was good and they mop and clean now. I'll for sure be back.
Today December 18, 2021 my family and I went for lunch and it was really good! Since we came in Rosa was very welcoming and super sweet to us, she gave us a very good service, we also noticed that she was mainly doing all the work and running everywhere back and forth to maintain a clean environment and a great service to all, she was amazing and I think she should be more appreciated, you cannot find a lot of people like her. Thank you so much for everything Rosa!
We went in and had a good experience with ordering and waited around 20 mins for our food. They were super nice considering the soda machine was down. I drove home with my order and when I got home, I got the completely wrong order that I paid for and I missing so much, we drove back and complained. Was told I ordered something different when I had the correct receipt then I asked for the food just to be remade. She started going through the hour old food and saying the soggy fries and other peoples food was good it was correct. I refused to be served nasty food especially if it is incorrect and I said I just want my order remade or a refund and without hesitation the refunded me avoiding fixing the situation when we were being completely reasonable and work with them. Super unprofessional and may never come back.
My wife and I stopped in for wings and fries it's probably the 5th time for us eating dinner there. This time the only problem was with the fries they were barely warm the wings were good.
Waited 7 minutes at the counter before anyone came to take my order. Do not recommend if you are on a schedule. Just make a sandwich.
I been coming here for lunch lately and Other than the fact that their wings and side foods are exceptional for a wing lover like myself their customer service is on point making sure they offer us their daily deals, also making sure we get the correct order. They are really nice too! And the place looks and feels clean especially in this pandemic times they do have hand sanitizer by the fountain drink station! Way to go Wingstop!
