Wings were good, but make sure you’re checking your pickup order. They forgot part of our order and by the time we got home we weren’t gonna go back over there. I mean, if you decide the price and I willingly pay you 100% of the price then I expect 100% of the order. I’m really tired of everyone doing half their job and thinking a credit will make everything better. I guess that’s the way it goes with this “I tried my best” generation. Just FYI the 10th st location by Bulldog Deli is much better.
A great location. I've been eating at wingshack for over 10 years now, super glad they opened up on this side of town because it makes things a lot easier for where I live. Food is still some of the best wings I've eaten and the staff, especially the helpful and friendly Cassidy, always makes the stay nice and adds the extra touch. 10/10. Will eat here again.
Since moving here last July 2021, we loved the convience of having a Wing Shack close by! However after tonight we are pretty much done with Wing Shack! This isn't the first time my order has been missing item's and I have tried gracefully to disregard the mistakes, however after tonight it's clear that the employees dont want to provide adequate services to their regular customers! I asked to have my chicken sandwich tossed in teriyaki sauce, it came plain, and my boyfriend wasnt happy with his order of the traditional wings were basically meatless,forgot my sweet potato tots, and to go bsck inside to get them and prior to getting the order my bag was tied so tightly that it took me several minutes seating in my car to check my order! The best way to ruin a business is having employees who don't care about customerservice and receiving no complaints!
This Wing Shack location is wonderful! It is by far our favorite location. We have had terrible experiences with the windsor location. So we drive the extra distance specifically for this location. Unlike the other locations they have accommodated for my severe food allergy. We really appreciate the excellent customer service and especially appreciate Melissa and Cassidy. They have made me and family feel safe and welcome to eat here. The wings are always delicious not undercooked or overcooked and it’s definitely wonderful knowing me and my family are safe to enjoy it! We HIGHLY recommend this location!
Cassidy and Andrea were sooooo friendly!! From the moment we walked in, I felt welcomed! Cassidy had a wonderful charisma and she provided echelon customer service. Andrea popped in and joined the conversation and it was just an overall lovely experience!!! Definitely come see these awesome people!

DO NOT PLACE AN ONLINE ORDER HERE.Me and my girlfriend ordered 15 boneless and 25 regular wings and only received the boneless and 7 out of the 25 of the normal wings. When we called to complain the manager was rude and unhelpful.So glad we paid over $50+ for food we didn't even receive half of.
Had multiple wings that had little to no meat.
I came as a walk in, Skylla is a very good and humble employee, you can ask any question regarding any order you might place she won't disappoint at all.Just an observation when you order wings make sure you ask for extra sauce, kind of greedy on that point. Other then that food is delicious and very flavorly.Very clean and the hygienic is good.
