Very disappointed it's been a while since I ate at Wendy's I'm talking years but my burger was dry and pretty tasteless fries were bland very untasty

I get out late and I come though the Drive-thru I have too mobile order my food. like I thought your drive-thru was open till 1am
Not bad for a fast food joint. Service a little slow, but sufficient.
The guy who works there in the NASA sweatshirt is the friendliest drive-thru employee, probably ever.
My family and I walked in around 2:50pm on 04/02/22. The girl working the register completely ignored us while she put together a GrubHub order for some guy who she was being really to rude to as well. Two other workers walked up to the cash register to print receipts or something, looked up at us and walked away without saying anything. We left after waiting 5 minutes and not being acknowledged. Clearly this place has people working here who know they can be rude to customers and still collect a paycheck.
I bought my son a #6 which is spicy chicken. They got a regular chicken looked like if was a 4 for 4 meal? JBC tasted like it was microwaved. Really disappointed cuz we love Wendy's.
Are you kidding me? I spent 120 bucks on a full meal for the family of 5 people they did not give ALEAST 3 of our order, and some corporate just hung up on us when we called to report, WOULD NOT recommend.
Had the WORST customer service EVER! First I was told the wrong total, and then came back to window to tell me I was wrong I needed to pay the $24.00 for my order nicely explained to the kid I only got 1 combo meal. Looked at me funny left came back told me the correct amount gave him my money. Not even one thank you, or an apology. He got really frustrated after he gave me my food but no straw. Still no thank you or no apology. Seriously!
Food is fresh and employees are courteous. Order is usually correct... The couple of times there was a mistake they were quick to admit and apologize for the error as well as makes it right. They only lose a star because the parking lot and drive through sucks. It's like a trap... The line is always super long out into traffic without fail... The cars in the drive through block the cars in the parking spaces. It really is a logistical nightmare. My advice is order online for carryout and park on the street just due north... Because it's also illegal to turn left out of the parking lot.
Haven't been here in awhile, But I love their cheeseburgers they make them so juicy and not too greasy.... Good people very nice that I have seen compared to the other restaurants I have been to the food was ready within 10 minutes of me ordering which was good for me
