We have always had excellent service at the Center Place VI. Especially server Mark, he has a great work attitude, very personable and kind & polite gentleman, always has a great smile and we love his accent.We have been coming to Village Inn for many years now, going to miss the old & new servers, dues to we are moving to Tennessee. So keep up the great work, we will miss you! Thank You & Good Bye!?
If I could give zero stars I would have. We entered and were seated right away....there were 4 servers and assistant Mgr, we waited for 20 min. Before the hostess passed by and asked we had been helped the Mgr came took drink order and passed us off to a server who then took 10 min to take the order, we waited 35 minutes after order was taken still no food we have now been here 55 min. We got up to leave the hostess called Mgr back. His response....your food will be out in a couple min. Do you want it boxed up? I asked how much longer he said 10 min. This for 2 chicken avocado sandwiches. I declined to which he responded do you want to pay for it? Again I declined and left. My point, this was the 2nd time this happened at Centerplace Village Inn, will not be back again!!!Karen B
Worst experience at a V.I every. Took 20 min for our drinks, the tea was old and they dared to surve expired food, that was under a heat lamp. Harsh brows ordered as extra crispy and were cold, gravy was thick and cold and eggs are liquid and not real. Burrito was burnt and lastly a bunch of huschool kids that don't know their way around a kitchen and restaurant horrible service and manage hate his job would not accommodate anything. Walked out will never be back. Blame it on covid
The food was good and the staff was very friendly! Clean restaurant!! The only reason I didn't give it a 5 stars was because my son's omelet had way to much broccoli and they were huge pieces. The fries I got were not hot. And there wasn't many fries on the plate with the burger. But overall my experience was pretty good outside those small 2 things.
I’ve been very impressed with Dan Marzahl’s professionalism and attention to detail at the restaurant. I’ve heard him with customers when they have an issue with service or their food and he resolves the issue making the customer feel satisfied. He is constantly cleaning and never seems to slow down doing a multitude of tasks. He is very good with the staff and resolves issues effectively and efficiently. Very hard to find someone like Dan these days and if I had a restaurant he would be the first person I would try to recruit. Thank you for employing someone like Dan! He keeps me and my friends coming back to the restaurant.
Service was friendly. Food was cold when it got to us and the biscuits need to have more gravy. I couldn't even eat half of it because it was so dry.
Went to have breakfast this morning and I have to say Danielle our server was amazing so friendly and professional! Our food was delicious. Best customer service thank you! We will return.
Service was good and the place was clean. Food was just ok. The sausage was weird and possibly under cooked, the pancakes were not fluffy and were kinda hard around the edges.
Went there for a brunch and it was super busy but the crew worked together and got the meals out. My burger was as I ordered it and delicious. Thanks to Quintan for a job well done.
Stopped in for a late breakfast and was happy I did. Server was very pleasant and attentive. Our meals came out quickly and everything was as it should be, hot and delicious. I love the retro theme they have, it's probably my favorite part of village inn.
