Love the food here. Kind of pricey, but isn’t everything nowadays? Lovely staff. Love the different hair colors that the staff have! So friendly and attentive.

If you order a retail sauce here that is meant to be in a glass jar and sealed they will try and give you any entire rice container full of sauce that they just filled from the line. This is bad for many reasons, your health included. How long has the sauce been open on the line? Do they keep sauce there for days and chill it (it comes cold)? This is not safe and I bought a retail sauce to give to someone and I cannot give them a rice container full of sauce.

I have ordered from here 3 times. (2 of them being pickup/delivery)2 of these 3 times they have forgotten the sauce on my build a bowl meal.I am giving 3 stars because when you are dining in the service is still very enjoyable. The food is hot and served with everything you ordered being present. It is just the to-go/delivery that you seem to get the short end of the service stick. This restaurant has good food, and good potential. But for now I would recommend dine in only if you want a good solid meal.
Delicious but slow. It was worth the wait. We ordered sushi and build your own bowls. The chicken was moist and flavorful. The vegetables were cooked too perfection. Staff was tentative thus overall wonderfull experience.
We walked in, barely anyone in there and waited 5 mins with no one acknowledging we were even there. They didn’t even say we will be with you shortly or anything so we left.
Whenever I place an order for togo it is never on time, it's always like a 10 minute wait. The fact that the employee's don't have name tags is also annoying. I like to give credit where it is due. The men seem like a bunch of scrubby stoners, while the women are mostly attractive. But who's in charge? No difference in the uniform.
The first time I ordered from them on door dash my entire order wasn’t sent so DoorDash refunded me and I reordered what was missing. I called Tokyo joes to make sure they got the new order and nothing got left and no sauce was sent for either order. I wasn’t mad at first but the second time when it still isn’t right the second time even after I called I’m extremely annoyed maybe just double check before you send it with the driver
I normally go here on a regular basis but the last time I went all of my food was half as**d. I ordered a 4 piece role and 2 of them were missing crab meat and not fully wrapped so everything fell out of them, I also ordered spring rolls which looked like they were rolled by a 3 year old and they were also missing half the ingredients. On top of my whole order being botched the lady who took my order and made half of it talked to me like it was the biggest inconvenience that I came in a hour and a half before closing. Definitely won't be going back here again.
