I usually have a good time here watching sports in a good atmosphere and cold beer but recently had a horrible experience being completely ignored by both bartenders Saturday night. I get slow service when they are busy but when everyone is being served sitting right next to you at the bar top and having an empty drink for 45 min that is just rude and poor service. She apologized but honestly not enough to make up for watching an entire hockey game and only being served two drinks the entire time on top of 30 additional minutes. Biggest losers in this is the restaurant. You can have higher sales if you train your bartenders to keep customers drinks full.
This was our second time to visit GOAT. This time my partner and I shared the full rack of ribs. We had the onion rings and cheese curds for sides. The cheese curds were hot, and perfect! Do not miss them! The onion rings are crispy and amazing! The ribs are good, probably the reason for 4 and not 5 stars. They lack a bit of flavor, not smoky at all. The sauce is okay, nothing to write home about. All in all, a very good meal, we will be back.
It's so great to finally have a quality sports bar that's not a chain right here in town. There's only two factors preventing me from giving 5 stars. I've been there about 6 times now and 2 of those times I had poor wait staff experience. The bartender one time who was quite rude and impersonal, and a waiter another time who was supposed to take over our table never showed. The other factor is that the menu needs a bit more rotating to keep me coming in. Great place overall though!
One of my favorite places to eat at in Greeley. They have the best cheese curds I've ever had and the rest of the food is great! From appetizers to entrees and desserts, the G.O.A.T. has one of the best menus, not only for a sports bar, but for any dine in restaurant!Pro tip: Get a side of caramel with your cheese curds. It might sound crazy but they pair so well together.
Great selection of whiskeys and bourbons. Phenomenal service and great atmosphere. Highly recommend the breakfast burritos on the weekends.
What a great first time experience!!! Our waitstaff and even the busser clearing tables was on point! Making sure drinks were good, refills were brought in a timely manner and empty and finished trays and glasses weren't talking any space on the table! We even told management what a great job they all did! Spot on! def recommend for anyone wanting great food, great drinks and even greater service!
Really awesome place. The burgers were amazing and so were the drinks.Now the cheese curds... the best I've ever had, crunchy, crispy, flaky, and full of cheese.Definitely would recommend checking this place out.
We have been trying to eat here since it opened and finally got in while it wasn't packed. We ordered the cheese curds for an appetizer. Some one please tell me what they are battered in? They are amazing. Usually you get this almost mozzarella stick batter and not much curd. These however have a light coating of a crunchy batter that's so flavorful and cheese that is superb. My friend ordered the burger and absolutely loved it. My BF got the wings and I the fish. They were both so very good. The only complaint was the fish came with "chips" that were dipping potatoes and they were great except the salt literally sparkled on the potatoes and burned my lip and tongue. Yes I ate a few thinking maybe it was just in one spot but they were all coated. Less salt on them and they would have been perfect though... they were cooked tonhe perfect crispness.
The Larson’s are amazing! Such an aesthetically pleasing modern building. The staff is personable and vibrant {Evelyn, Jennifer & Karina are my favorite bartenders} Highly recommend this family oriented/ owned sports bar. Truly is the Greatest of All Time ? G.O.A.T.
I love it here!! Its always busy and there is most likely going to be a wait before your sat, but the servers know how to juggle all their tables and provide good service. They also always play good music! The Chicken BLT sandwich was delicious and the portions of the fries are a good size! The pork ribs were amazing and flavorful. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you’re not in a rush this is definitely the place to check out!
