It was a great experience! Texas Roadhouse in Greeley Colorado had amazing customer service and were extremely friendly. It was our first time there and the manager "Emery" gave us free sample and a coupon for a free appetizer for next time! Our waitress was "Lesley" and she was an absolute delight and very attentive! 10/10

Love this place, I have visited over 25 Texas Road House restaurants around the USA and they’ve all been good in service, food and friendly staff. The sirloin is my favorite along with the road kill, it’s a hearty and tasty meal but inexpensive and they still have peanuts just ask your server or on the way out.

Very disappointed our steaks were done incorrectly. The manager did not even offer a discount we had to wait longer for the correct food.

Our server was amazing. He informed us of the special of the night which was a free appetizer with an 18, 20, or 22 ounce steak. We ordered the 22 ounce ribeye, medium. It was so delicious. The loaded mash potatoes were very creamy. The appetizers we ordered, fried pickles and onion blossom, were crisp and delicious. We always have great service when we visit this location.
Food was awesome like always. Tonight seemed busier than other Sat nights. The guy helping our waitress spilled ranch dressing all over my Dad, even his hair. He didn't even mumble an apology. But our waitress was good, and the food was good, but for what we spent, 5 adults he could have said he was sorry. Also it was my daughters 20th bday and she is special needs. We asked in the beginning of our meal if they would recognize her bday, but I guess they forgot.
Hands down to our server Linna, outstanding customer service. I had made a mistake and she went above and beyond to help us out even tho I made the mistake! Would come back just for the service alone but the food is also a bonus!
We had 12 in our party, our reservation was for 11. We waited till 12:30 before we were seated. They said they were waiting for 2 more servers to come in. Food took about 45 minutes to get to our table when we got it the baked sweet potato was cold we had to send it back so they could nuke it. The waitress was good. None of this was her fault. She was not the one cooking it she was serving it. It was my granddaughters Birthday she pick the place. My advice would be don't go out to eat with a big party.
Visited Texas to celebrate a birthday. Paula went above and beyond with accommodating our party and making sure we were very well taken care of. Felt super special and welcomed. Thank you Paula your a great asset to the team! Love love love this location! We had a great time celebrating, recieved quality service at a high peak time.
