Great food! Great customer service! I have and will continue to eat there! Too many Karen's and Kevin's out there with unreasonable requests (you no longer have tea? = not knowing how to do their jobs?) or personal agendas (long eye lashes, long hair, terrible music) writing terrible reviews so they can fill some void in their lives. Stay home so the rest of us can dine in peace without having to listen to your tantrums! Keep Rocking, Teriyaki Madness! Keep the grill hot because I'm coming back soon!
Not gonna lie, the food is yummy. Based on food alone, a five star was due. But dining in was a HECK NO fo me! If there had been Muzak from the 70s, k-pop, or traditional Japanese music, I would have dined in. Instead they had this LOUD twangy junk that grated on my nerves 30 seconds after entering. The loud bothered me the most, because I could barely hear the cashier over it. The cashier was aloof, plausibly nice, but she spoke fast and sounded like a record. The worst part was the fact that she had extremely long, fake eyelashes, and long hair that was past her waist, and not braided or put in a bun. I also have long hair, but when I am cooking, it is contained. If she even walks through the kitchen, I want that hair tied up!. So, while I was eating, I kept looking for hair, fake and real, in my food. Ambience and cleanliness give this place a big fail!
Waited 20 minutes for our food, to only drive home and find under cooked chicken! Took one bite and chicken was gummy and light pink in the inside. Won't be coming back.
If you insist. We ordered extra chicken in our to-go order. No extra anything was added, even though you did charge us for it - not cool! The brown rice in 2 of the 3 orders was seriously undercooked. It was harder than a rock, and your joint is lucky I didn't chip a tooth, coz, you may know that dental work costs a pretty penny. So, to sum up, not only was the food inedible, but it was also unsafe to consume. And as a cherry on top, you didn't give us what we ordered. Go learn from you mistakes.
Went in first the first time and the customer service was excellent! She helped me with all the questions I had and food was made to order. Been in 4-5 times since and she always remembers mine and my husband's orders. We have not had any issues; food has always been hot and tasty.
Update: Original rating was pretty bad but we ended up going back the next day to give it another shot and the food was 10x better. The rice was cooked perfectly and the chicken was seasoned nicely. Way better then the night before. Good customer service. Thanks.
Tried This Place, Good Customer Service, Good Music. Food Is Over Priced And Unfortunately Looks Like Dog Food, The Worst Part Is , It Also Tastes Like It Too! And Yes I Have Tastes Dog Food. I Mean Who Hasn't? Anyways Don't Come Here Or You Will Get The BeeGeez. 5 Farts Down ?????
My girlfriend and I got food poisoning from the spicy chicken this past Wednesday. They also almost forgot my girlfriends order and forgot my egg roll. Maybe that was a good thing. Of course we won’t ever be eating here again.
Every so often, I get the craving, it comes over me like a wave of short-term nauseau followed by extreme mouth-wetting, I start drooling over the spicy chicken over rice, (and I often switch between white and fried, with and without a little veggie-blend, and coupled with their house-teriyaki sauce, and the spice from the chicken sauce used in the wok, I just feel like everyone at least once should try this place, and if you live locally in the NoCO market, and you can choose between Loveland or Greeley, choose Greeley, these guys do everything right from the customer service, to the low wait times for food and the quantity sizes for some reason, their "large" is much bigger than the "large" I had in Loveland, I don't know, it's quieter and just seems more quaint.
This was our first time here. The food was delicious. It could have been a little hotter (temperature wise) but still delicious. The gal that served us was very nice and helpful.
