I'm a door dash driver, and every time I pick up an order, it's never even started until 15 minutes after I arrive. Drive thru and lobby always get priority. Door dash customers are customers as well, and having to wait this long causes drivers to miss out on other orders. Won't be accepting orders from this, or any taco bell location again. It's always the same thing.

Don't even want to give it a star this place is one probably the worst I have ever been to my buddy and I went In side we had arrived at 6 and still waiting for food at 7 it has been an hour it is is not even busy while people come in at 6:45 getting thete orders before us and not dou g anything a out it so if i was yall don't come here. As you can tell I. The picture they just standing and talking with one another

I go to this location frequently, it’s usually a long wait and every-once in awhile I order and pay for something that doesn’t end up in my bag, my first thought is to go in and ask for said item, but despite the large ‘Dine In Open’ sign the door is locked with a piece of paper saying ‘lobby closed’ so I couldn’t even get what I paid for, and I’m not waiting another 20 minutes in the drive through just for a $4 burrito. And this isn’t a one time experience, it’s common. Love Taco Bell though…

Even though I love taco bell... This one specifically has TERRIBLE SERVICE!They not only forgot some of our food, but they put tomatoes on EVERYTHING we asked them not to... (were allergic) and when we went back to get our food re-madeWE LITERALLY HAD TO WAIT AN HOUR FOR OUR FOOD

Excruciatingly slow. While lines form out the door and drive thru over flows the employees walk around as if it's a slow day. We delivered for doordash and waited for 20 25 minutes for an order and was offered no help whatsoever. They are slow as molasses and don't really care. It's beyond ridiculous

Came Thru the drive Thru and could not believe that a drive thru could take a hour just to get to the menu board to order. This is not considered a fast food Establishment. Think that it’s time to shut down and have a company move in that want to make customers

1st time there, for the "Rockies Taco Special." This was the only time EVER that I was the only one in the drive-through! Response was quick, and very friendly. No pushing to buy anything else than the special ($2 for 4 crunchy tacos). The tacos were hot, crunchy shells, and twice the amount of meat than at any other Taco Bell I've EVER been to. Make sure to ask for your sauce, and extra napkins, because the kids that work there sometimes forget to ask. This Taco Bell is highly recommended.Update: now 2 stars. It should be 1 star, but they did so well the last time I was there, and it's not the employee's fault. Now, today, and 2 days ago, it was an example of as bad as management can get. Two days ago, the drive through was backed up with about 10 or more cars. After 15 minutes (not exaggerating), not one car had moved. People were getting out of the drive through, if they weren't trapped, and leaving. People in the store were walking out with no bags of food, and every customer was madder than ****. I went in and wanted to know why no customers were being served, and they said they "were understaffed, and only had 4 employees there." Today, same thing, except there were more employees, but still slower than with 4! It isn't the employee's fault, but the apparently apathetic store manager, who should have been there to help. This place is highly NOT recommended, at least until they get their act together and fire the manager.

Drive thru wait is always 30 min +, no matter the time of day / how many cars ahead of you.Went inside to attempt to avoid the long drive thru line, and was ignored by staff (standing less than 2 feet away from me) for nearly 10 minutes as I (and other customers) waited at the counter. Finally, a woman cooking in the back said "we will be right with you". Meanwhile the guy standing at the register continued to avoid eye contact.I understand being busy, but the fact that no one working here had the capacity to make eye contact or acknowledge a line of customers for 10 full minutes is insane and beyond rude.AND- AFTER ALL THAT, MY ORDER WAS COMPLETELY WRONG!!!

Waited in the drive thru for almost 30 minutes, only to be told they were out of the one thing I was in line for. There was no sign or anything saying they were out. Went back the next day because they said they would have the sauce for the Mexican Pizza, I got a mexican pizza, but the shell was the wrong shell, it was just the tostada shells, instead of the shell that is normally used for it. Also out of the new tea, again, no sign.

Second time ordering online and got the completely wrong order. First time was just missing a drink. Service was way slow too, what was marked online as done, either the driver was messing around or whoever’s there is punching in orders as completed and wasting everyone’s time and money. Don’t bother with this location, sounds like going in person is a waste too.
