It's great when it's open or working properly, but that is less often than it should be. Card reader is down, but they don't put a sign out until you are already trapped in the drive through. This happens regularly. Frequently out of items. Can't keep staff. I'll be avoiding it for a while since I can't risk it on a lunch break.
can't fix an ice machine that hasn't work in 1.5 months - expect to drink hot drinks & 1/2 drinks don't work. taco shell ice cold. and at lunchtime 2-3 workers have meeting at a table with no regard line is getting longer - meeting not just once but always at noon. guess bad food is ok vs better in their eyes...NOT!
Ordered small order with 2 burritos, only received one and they didn't even give me my receipt. Called store after realizing only 1 and no answer by 10 rings. Horrible service and inept staffing. 1/5 better off going to Del Taco.
1st time there, for the "Rockies Taco Special." The drive through was pretty slow, but expected, and its always faster to wait in the drive through, than ordering inside, as their policy seems to be that drive through customers get consistent priority in their orders over in store. Response was quick, and very friendly. No pushing to buy anything else than the special ($2 for 4 crunchy tacos). The tacos were hot, crunchy shells, and way more meat than at most other Taco Bells I've been to. Make sure to ask for your sauce, and extra napkins, because the kids that work there sometimes forget to ask. This Taco Bell is highly recommended!
I have always been charged for extra sauce on a quesadilla or taco and yet I receive my items with not even the original amount! It is very frustrating even when I ask them to double check extra is on there, that I am paying for, and I don’t even get how it should have been originally!!!I loved coming to Taco Bell but more than once is really annoying. I will no longer be coming to this location. I have always been super patient when they are short staffed and the lines are forever long but to pay for my food and then get home and it not even be what I was wanting or paid for is not okay!!!
It's hard to complain these days with the help shortage . But. These kids don't care. Period . I waited 22 min for 2 soft tacos . ( I would have left but I was stuck in the drive through. ) this is probably the5th time this has happened .The lobby is disgusting . Even ordering in the lobby you can plan on a 15 min wait . LITTERALY, THE WORST FAST FOOD EXPERIENCE YOU COULD HAVE.
I really wish I could give 0 stars because this location should just shut down! Waited over a half hour in the drive thru just to get to the window to wait another 15 minutes for my food! While I was waiting for my food I watched the employee pick up all the nasty trash and food that gets dropped on the floor with her bare hands and then proceeded to grab bags and cups for customers!Then I get home and half my order is missing and my food is cold!Save your time and money and go to another place to eat!
I keep giving this taco bell a chance for months but they still cannot make a beefy 5 layer burrito correctly. Everytime its missing something or a new ingredient is added. I drive to the one on 8th ave just to be able to enjoy my favorite menu item.
It took 35 minutes from the time I ordered a crunchwrap supreme, until I got to the drive thru window. Food was cold, and missing ingredients. Worst fast food experience ever in my 62 years. HORRIBLE
I waited for 30 minutes in line in the Drive-Thru only to have my fire sauce forgotten. Kind of funny seeing as it was even put into the order. Stuff just doesn't taste the same without it okay, please remember it next time Taco Bell!
