I spilled my drink this morning attempting to place a straw in my drink. It spilled everywhere. The staff was so kind. I was going to order a new drink since it was my clumsiness that spilt the drink in the first place but the barista quickly remade my drink at no additional cost. I want to thank the team for their kindness as I was truly embarrassed. Great team! I appreciate their hard work each day.

This Starbucks is way better than the one on 11th Ave, I ordered the same thing from 2 different stores and this one is way better .
Everyone is always do nice at this location, I love coming here even tho I moved farther away, their attitude makes it worthwhile to come to this particular location
Poor service and messed up both of the drinks. Seems to be a pretty consistent experience here. Hopefully management can fix it.
Very disappointed with our order. We had 2 Mocha Cookie Crumble frapps with 1 shot of espresso and 1 strawberry acai lemonade. All 3 drinks were poorly made and did not taste good. The frappes had little flavor, just tasted like blended ice with whip cream on top. The cups were sloppy and sticky and the barista just double cupped them to "fix" the sticky mess. The lemonade hardly had any strawberry inclusions or syrup. We drove out of our way for these drinks for our 2 hour drive home. None of the drinks were finished. $20 wasted.
This is what they call a "ice water" the ice melted as soon as 2 mins...no ice and the water looks so dirty as you can see. Just because it's free doesn't mean you should serve the same quality as your other drinks.
I rarely have to wait and it is always good as expected. Far better than experiences at Denver metro locations!
Came to grab coffee Friday morning, it says they were open, when I got there I sat in the drive thru for about 5 minutes so I thought they weren't open so I drove through and came to find out there were people inside just standing and no one took my order. So I ended up going to the one on 10th st, and they offered much better service.
Service was great, he did great while all 3 girls just stood there looking lost.
They make their drinks well and the staff are nice!
