I would give ZERO stars if I could. Today I went over to this location and have never had issues up until today. When I arrived at the drive thru I asked a few simple questions and the certain person at the drive thru was being so rude and was having a whole lot of attitude because she didn’t understand my question which even a 5 year old could understand. I asked her not once but FOUR different times and she proceeded to have a nasty attitude with me. So I told her never mind and proceeded to leave the drive thru and go inside to see who I was talking to. This lady was the so called “manager” of this location and acted as if that were something special. Laughable really, she acted as if her being manager she was to be given a freebie or something and that her job was somehow even remotely superior which I got a kick out of. Her name was HANNAH BRISTOL. As I was explaining that she can’t be rude to customers she just had a grin on her face the whole time acting as if she did nothing wrong. And when I told her I was going to call corporate she laughed and told me it would just go back to her number and that I would just be talking to her. She did not understand I know people around here. Just remember the name HANNAH BRISTOL. So tired of fast foodies being rude, if you want respect realize that it is EARNED. Or go get a degree.
Unfortunately it's a mistake with an order each time. They are always out of items and it doesn't to matter what time I visit. The main reason for the review is the rude and sometimes aggressive behavior towards customers.
Always something with this location. Either closed because of one thing or another or drive thru is closed. It seems like it never functions properly.
The two gentlemen who helped us were very patient. It turned into a whole situation because their credit card machine was down and the app wasn’t working for us. We finally solved the issue and we got our coffee. Always great customer service.
my white mocha was missing a good amount of room, i understand some space for froth but the froth was not even that much. I paid 5$ for 1/3 of my drink to be empty
Worst Starbucks in greeley. I am always one for positive and kind posts but I have never had worse service. They are always so rude and short. Hannah this morning couldn’t believe someone was ordering more than one drink and was beyond rude! This Starbucks is the closest to my house and work so it is one I always stop at but unfortunately this is not the first time they have either been rude or all on the phones completely ignoring guests when they pull up to the drivetru window.
I drove to Greeley from Thornton to have my car worked on. I passed up my favorite coffee place in Thornton, knowing I would need to sit at a Starbucks during the service time and I would need to be a paying customer. I walked a mile to this location, passing uo a couple other coffee shops. When I arrived, there is a note on the door stating lobby is closed due to staffing shortage. I walked to the drive thru window and knocked. The two people ignored me. Another customer offered to drive me around but i declined. Finally a little brunette employee came near the window but did not open it. She stated i needed to be in a car to use the drive thru window. I explained my car was in the shop. She said 'I don't get paid enough to serve you." Wow. Complete disrespect. So i walked a mile back to the Safeway Starbucks where the espresso machine is not working. I have never cried over coffee, but today may be the day. To the brunette, I have worked in the military, medical, and law enforcement fields. I have never been paid enough to serve you, but I have done and do it because those are the fields I chose and it is my duty.
Every time I go to this Starbucks the line takes forever, the drink isn’t that great and they somehow get my order wrong every time. Why is it when I accidentally ask for a 16 oz instead of a grande they give me a tall drink? Is that their way of being petty because I didn’t use your verbiage? Sheesh.
Came to get a treat for my boyfriend and I, it had been a while since we last had Starbucks. They initially messed up on his drink but fixed it with no issue and were super polite about it. The staff there is so friendly that I couldn't even be upset at them (haha). My drink was made right and was amazing
Guy at the window is very quite. Doesn’t seem happy to be working there at all. Closed the window and no conversation at all. Maybe he would be better in a position off the window.
