Every time I order from this store, there always something that goes wrong. Store hours are very inconsistent, which with understaffing I can understand, but it’s rarely updated in the app, or here on Google, which could end up with you making an unnecessary trip.Placing a mobile order for this store, especially in the afternoons, the lobby is rarely open, so you can’t even pick up the order you placed when walking from nearby. You can try contacting the store, but the line will say busy for hours. When I am able to pick up an order through lobby/drive thru, more often then not my order is made wrong, and when picking up a mobile order there’s hardly a point to wait for the drink to be made correctly.So, if you’re looking for speed, accuracy, are planning to use the Starbucks mobile app to order, and/or don’t want to make an unnecessary trip to a store not even open, it’s better if you spend your money at a different location.
I am passing through this city and I come to this store to get my snack periodically, my experience has been quite pleasant until today when Deeanna attended me, her treatment was rude, I literally threw away my order, it is incredible to see the racism in these times... well it made my visit unpleasant, I'm Latino and proud of it.
Literally the worst chai I have ever had. It's basically steamed almond milk made while someone stood near it and thought really hard about chai. Even after having them remade there's is literally no flavor. The staff was rude and combative. Hands down the worst experience I have ever had at any starbucks. If I could give less than one star I would.

They acted very rude and annoyed when i try to place order through drive thru, one day they can make an order perfectly fine and then the next ask for the same exact thing and it be the complete opposite of what i wanted.
Always so incredibly slow. Also frequently closed at odd times with no notice.
Normally not my favorite place....But this one is honestly pretty good
I gave my ladie money to buy 3 strawberry fraps they made it wrong twice took 30 minutes to make it and than charged me for something that wasnt even close where do you get a pink drink with chocolate from a strawberry frap ??? PS: Girl with Short curly black hair if you going to talk sh*t through a mic and Act like it's someone elses fault that you cant do your job dont work there
