I just had the worst experience ever.. I ordered a cherry shake I got something completely different when I tried to explain they called me names and mentioned veterans sucked and they tried to steal my money. After a large argument I finally got my money back and left empty-handed. I can only take so much stupid and they managed to do it.

I got the cherry bubble slush thing and it was pretty good. They're burger was fine, but they put a ton of sauce of it and there was the heart of the lettuce in it for some reason. I haven't had a pretzel there in forever and it was super good. The cheese sauce is kind of salty though. Overall not too shabby.?
we ordered 3 wraps and got 2, one was raw. we were missing a tater tot and a drink, but the lady "wasn't concerned about the drinks" also, the drinks we got were not at all what we ordered. i will not be back
The staff is doing the best they can from what it seems, and they are super kind people. That said, the service is absolutely awful considering I waited in a stall for 25 minutes to get a single strawberry limeade. (That said, the drink was fantastic haha.) Their drive thru was shut down and nearly 25% of their stalls were out of service. Again, their employees were working hard to compensate for the inconvenience, but I wouldn’t stop by in the near future if you’re in a rush. At least not until those issues are resolved.P.S. In the past they would randomly close one to two hours early at nights (rather than sticking to what the hours say online), so I would advise calling them before heading out for a late night snack just to save you the time and energy :))
Today was a totally ridiculous experience at the Evans Sonic. It's never great service or food....but today we pulled up for 2 shakes and spent $10 on gas waiting for 22 minutes! After 15 minutes we waved down one of the 7 KIDS working inside. It appeared they were having a great time inside goofing off. The girl that came to the window told us she didn't know what the 'problem' was! She said she sent??? somebody to check....but she just didn't know! Did she send someone to milk the cow or what? The room is only15 foot wide! Anyway, 7 minutes later we got our shakes ...complete with no apology, explanation, or apology. The owner may want to check out the mess there.?
People who work here are extremely rude. I was having problems with the app and the girl was very rude. I'm sorry to inconvenience you about asking how to use that app and if there are issues with it.If you don't like your job maybe you should find another one.I'll be using a different sonic from now on.
Everyone in this store has a bad attitude and are rude. No one pulling in pays attention to the cars that are already halfway pulled out of parking spots. Best bet is probably sonic on 23rd with a shorter wait time even.
You are a national change who has the best Onion rings ever, so how in the world is it that every time I go to treat myself to lunch you are out of Onion rings? Lived here for a year almost and probably have only had your Onion rings at the Greeley location once! I go to other locations and they always have Onion rings !

Two Sonic blasts so severely melted they were actually warm. When they were handed to me the kids weren't even attached, just set on to of the cup. First and last visit.
