Subs were dry, tasteless with one thin slice of cheese. I think the meat came from a can. Sorry super sorry. P.S the soda tasted like soda thats a good thing though.
Very sloppy. 1 piece of bacon. Barely any Guacamole. What a horrible Georgetown sandwich. Way overpriced and a complete fail for a sandwich
I ordered online and when I received my sandwich it was missing the dressing I had requested I checked my receipt and it says it should have been on there so I called the store to see if there was a way to fix it and the employee was extremely rude and wouldn’t even let me talk to a manager he said because they didn’t take the order they wouldn’t fix it I’m very disappointed in the way I was treated

Food was excellent and the service was fast. I love their ? cheese soup! It's the best.

I was sent an email for a free meal on my birthday so i came in to redeem that today and they were rude as hell to me. Plus what i ordered wasnt even made right. I know next time i wont be going to this silvermine. And i will pass word along to friends about how rude she was today.
Silvermine offers quickly assembled minimally customized submarine sandwiches. This location is fast but minimally staffed and is typically busier during the week.The staff was kind, the order was done fine but realize the product is not the highest quality. It's a fast sandwich for a fast need, especially if you want local delivery without some third party app.
My grandsons sandwich! They are not customer friendly and their sandwiches SUCK!!! The white stuff is a ton of mayo!We stopped after basketball! Shame on you plus mgr was rude to me when I asked about the sandwich being so empty. It's a SUB place no? By the way my grandson is 14 and very capable of ordering a sandwich.
