Ordered online, went to pick up at designated time and order hadn't been started yet. Guy working there had a really bad attitude (I felt sorry for the lady working), and I ended up leaving after waiting half an hour without any food.

I had a horrible experience at Silvermine! My sub was made incorrectly and when I returned to the location, their "manager" Hailey was extremely RUDE to me and refused to refund me or even make another sandwhich! I will NEVER eat at Silvermine AGAIN!

I love Silver Mine and could eat here constantly. My go-to sub is definitely the Steam Engine. They have good prices and the food is always excellent. I usually do online orders for my food and go pick it up. I have never had any issues and the employees are always great when I come in. I appreciate that I am always acknowledged even if they're busy making sandwiches and can't get up to the register right away. Plus, you can't beat the incredible smell of the shop while you're waiting.
The subs are affordable and delicious!! The employees were friendly definitely will return! They deliver and also are open till 3 AM :)
I’ve ate here twice and their sandwiches are real good. Only thing i would complain of is they are a bit dry. We always add a bit more ranch and we’re fine.There was something wrong with the online ordering so I end up calling in. Lady I talked to was super nice and was actually pretty fast. I didn’t feel excluded from the conversation. So glad they have delivery. Their driver is hilarious and fast.
