Only 2 employees for the nearly 20 guests in the entire restaurant. Food took nearly 40 minutes to get to our table. Waitress was nice, but only gave us 3 out of 4 needed forks. Waitress did not come back to offer any refills and pop is not accessible to guests for self refills. Pizza is super thin and mushy in the center, so toppings slop off. We got cheddar cheese added to one of our pizzas, even though we didn't ask for it, and it nearly ruined the pizza. The cook was moving slow and struggling, which could have suggested he was under the influence of THC. Price to quality ratio extremely poor. Typical fast food pizzas have better flavor and are less expensive...so what are we paying for...the poor dining experience? I'm providing a 2 instead of a 1 star rating because the waitress was nice and 1 of the 2 pizzas was correct. Been coming here since 2012, and quality has been worse each year.

Loved it! The pretzel bites are a yummy starter, my hubby loved his meatball sandwich, my daughter loved her BBQ chicken pizza, and İ thoroughly enjoyed my salad. Great staff too!

we used to love roma, best pizza we ever had and great atmosphere. finally had the opportunity to eat here under the new ownership. staff was friendly and fast, but our pizza was extremely disappointing. greasy, so thin and soggy that it couldn’t support the cheese and toppings. pretty bummed!

Very very cool interior. My family and I went out for pizza and we were not disappointed. After a rather long wait(about 25 to 35 minutes) we received our three personal pizzas and two pasta dishes. The wait was well worth it. That being said, it's a college style establishment, lots of posters and dorm room style decoration, which I happen to enjoy. It feels more like a local hangout than a restaurant, but they make it work very well. Try the meatballs, they are fantastic and fresh to order!

Best pizza in town! I would've given 5 stars but our waitress was a novice. We had to flag her down to ask for everything including flatware, plates (and the one's she brought us were smaller than the pizza slices) and our check. It won't stop us from going but hopefully we get better service next time.UPDATE; we went back again and the service from the waitress we had was much better! I changed my rating from 3 stars to 5!

Fun place to be. Service was great, great atmosphere. Hadn't been there in years, glad I went.

I’ve been coming here since College at UNC. I was worried with the new owners. It’s better than before. Fantastic Service, and the restaurant was spotless!! My favorite joint n Greeley!

Message to ownership and management. You have a excellent and high quality staff. This review will speak of your leadership and support of your staff. I use to go to this location once a week before and during the pandemic but the quality went way down and staff lost interest do to management and ownership. So I stopped going to this location. I drive way to far for crappie service and quality I can get that closer to home cheaper. Once you took over I gave it another try. I was not disappointed. There are more menu offerings that the family loves. Your staff is top notch and high quality, from servers to kitchen staff and the bartenders . I am sorry i cannot name them all. The food is higher quality then before. I would like to give a special shout out to Mike the bartender he is on top of it and very nice. All of your staff is friendly, personable, and kind they also take the time to greet you when you enter even tho they are busy taking care of other customers. I would say its like they treat you like family never to busy to greet you. I drive up from Brighton every Friday to get takeout for the family. And with that said I will keep coming on Fridays. Please take care of your staff. Thank you so much.

Awesome table service, great food made fresh to order and it's all delicious. I've been here many times and it's always good, way better than the other Roma's in my opinion. Definitely try them out.

If you dine in - get the nachos. That’s all I’m gonna say.Well - maybe not. So, here’s the thing - this place is as unapologetic a college town joint as you’ll come across. The drink specials, the pies, the “appetizers” (meals on their own, for the most part) - they’re the kinda stuff that’ll put your average person over thirty in a coma, if they push things too much. And honestly - that’s great! NoCo needs more greasy, cheesy, fried, salty, junk-y food. For those of you who’re tired of eating salads and grilled chicken most days - this is where to go if you wanna pig out in Greeley. Great food, prices you’re not gonna feel bad about, and the kinda atmosphere you’ll be comfortable letting your gut out in once the smorgasbord is over.
