People go here for the location and outdoor eating. While side of coleslaw was sad, the veggie fajitas were very filling! and yummy! My husband wasn't as impressed with is meal but maybe that was because he skipped the Margarita. One was enough to put me in a great mood!You will have to wait if you go at 6 PM or 7 PM. Go earlier or later and there is no wait.
I had a great experience! Food was pretty good! And I had some interaction with their manager Alyssa and she was pretty amazing as well! She made us feel welcomed and just made our experience top notch. We will definitely be back!

Didn't even know there's a Rio in Greeley. Cool neighborhood, nice area to relax. If you're ever there I say stop. Only reason I left that day was I couldn't eat anymore. Great lunch with my pops. We were Angie's first table of the day, she was our server, excellent even as she got super busy. Don't forget the Margaritas, queso and guacamole with the chips to start!
The chips and salsa was really good but they were so busy that we never even ordered after 25 minutes of waiting. I get being behind in a restaurant because I work in one, but getting the drinks and just forgetting the table after walking by it 4 times is just not right. The owner was awesome though, or maybe manager but I think it was the owner.
I set up a lunch for a volleyball team and parents before a volleyball tournament. The reservation was for 20 people and it was no problem! The service was excellent, food was tasty and they gave us separate checks. Highly recommend!
Great food and drinks! Service was pretty good even though the section we were seated in only had 2 wait staff. They were running as fast as they could to keep up and doing a great job.
I really wanted to try this restaurant as when we came here before it was like a two hour wait that was several months ago.So I had the chance to come in and I was seated at the bar area. (High Top Table) The hostess was Kinda upset because it look like I was supposed to have two people instead of just myself. (Single people do eat by their selves just to let you know that.) I ordered the two Chile Rellenos. The coding was overdone and the Chile Rellenos itself was raw. The beans should be put in a bowl as it made the Chile Rellenos more mushy than it should be. Would I be back a(gain) no.I didn’t see the server until after I got done eating she really didn’t care how I expressed the meal to her.
The food was excellent. I wish they had refried beans instead of black beans (they did have Charro beans), but that is really my only complaint. Salsa was delicious.
