Food was excellent like always. The driver was super friendly and on time. The only complaint I have is we didn't get any napkins. (Yes I asked for them on the app) so really not to serious to complain about at all. We will keep ordering from them. They did a awesome job. Thank you

What can I say, it’s Red Robin. Their burgers are usually pretty good and fries are bottomless if you order them. The service wasn’t great during my last visit, but they were busy. Overall, I would recommend them, but only if there are no better options.
Food comes out fresh and hot, drinks are plentiful and consistently refilled! Customer service was courteous and attentive. As a bonus, they are well-mannored and able to handle Billy Bob jerks that like to whine their way to a free meal.
Hair in the ranch dressing, 10 to 15 minutes to bring out milk shacks. I never got some of the stuff I asked for. Maybe it was an off day with 5 tables with customers. They no longer serve chili burgers. Over all I could see the effort by both waitresses to make the experience enjoyable covering each other's tables, they seemed to be trying to pacify customers. It takes a team effort which seems to be lacking causing delays, ie cooking staff, bartender ect.I watched the bartender make the shakes and observed them sitting. The men's bathroom by the urinal was sticky. Now for the positive. The waitresses are supper nice if not a little forgetful. The greeting staff do smile and they still give kids balloons when the leave and coloring menus with crayons.
Nothing special, just your typical quick sit-down casual burger place. A little pretentious to call them "gourmet" burgers. So I had the fish and chips. They were still good the next day for lunch.
Went and dine in for the first time and we were amazed on how fast we got our food!!! Food was so good!!!!! really friendly people, they helped us order and explained everything as we were ordering for the first time, good experience overall definitely going back again!!
Not a fan of chain restaurants but hey, they are well trained, professional, welcoming and attentive. The burgers taste and smell like good quality meat. Love the fries and seasoning.2 gold coins.
Waitresses are truly warm and friendly so absolutely no complaints there, food was dry, overcooked, and the portion was really small for the price. I've had a MUCH better $16.00 dollar burger elsewhere!!Ps, they haven't always been the bad, I had a really good burger from them about 10 years ago.
Terrible service. They sate at the bar and server said I'll be right with you. 5 minutes later she was still visiting with another server. I just got up and walked out. Service here has been getting worse and worse over a period of time. I thought I'd give them another shot. No biggie .... There's a lot of choices close by.
Great food as anyways. There are tons of different burgers to choose from and the bottomless steak fries are the best. Make sure to get the onion ring tower as it is super delicious! We went for dinner and it was busy but not packed. We were seated right away and got our food quickly.
