Was not impressed this time around. Stopped in a couple of weeks ago and ordered family size chicken tender. I ordered an extra side of mac n cheese for the kids and when I got home, I opened it to see a big clump of cheese on top. Like half of the portion was melted clump of burnt cheese. The cup was also not full. It was a large that was only half full. The beans and rice tasted sour.
Waited in line half an hour for three cars to order food. Wasted my entire lunch break trapped in the line because of the concrete guard rails out front. I was stuck in line and couldn't leave and didn't even have time to eat my food. I have no idea why I drive through would take that long to move three cars through. Chick-fil-A here I come, please be faster than popeyes!
I never had small pieces of chicken like this at the other Popeyes! I ordered 2 pieces combo. It came with a small wing and a tiny thigh, and a small portion of fries. I don’t think this worth almost $9! And also the service was so slow.
Order was fast but service was awful. Employees treated customers with zero respect. When we received our food the sides were missing and when I told them they were annoyed saying that they gave them to me. When I showed they didn't, they were rude. Finally recieiving the sides I went through to check if everything was there and we were missing 2 sandwiches. When told about this employees were rude shoving the food into the bag and aggressively handing me the bag.
Great chicken I ordered the spicy maybe next time I will get regular the food was hot and delicious the biscuits were out of this world my only issue was going through the drive-thru the speaker didn't work that well and it was hard to understand what the server was saying
It was alright. The "large" macaroni and cheese was about the size of an individual serving at chick-fil-a, not enough for a "family" meal for sure. Fries good. Felt like I paid 30 bucks for 5 biscuits, 2 handfuls of chicken, and 4 bites of macaroni. Oh well, some people really love biscuits.
Disappointed in the customer service and attitude. Went through the drive thru and had to wait until all the cars in front of us got through the line, then when we got to order we had to correct the cashier multiple times reguarding our order. We tried to order a 5 piece chicken tender and she kept saying 3 piece. Then we got to the window and she first said a price for a 3 piece and quickly changed the price to the 5 piece. When we got billed for the 5 piece we thought everything was okay, but when we got home realized we were only given a 3 piece. Sad to say they lost a customer because we were wrongly charged something that we didn't get and the quality of service we were given.
The worst customer service ever. I'm not sure how much training they get, but it is not enough. Also, they gave us spicy sauce on our sandwiches when we requested classic. Not that big of a deal, but when I took them back to the counter the lady took the ones we had touched and put them back under the warmer..... ummm yuck
I usually love Popeyes, so this review is penned in the spirit of constructive criticism. My wife and I ordered two chicken entrees thru uber eats and they literally threw in two sauces for us to fight over. We explicitly asked for extra sauce in the order to boot, and it clearly fell on deaf ears (or perhaps blind eyes?)Don't forget to think about your customers when preparing food, please ?
You are better off going to Chick fil A or just not eating. Customer service is beyond terrible. None (if very few) of the employees wear gloves. A side is literally 2 bites. I ordered the 2 can dine, it was barely enough for 1 person. Its always something, or they will you wait on chicken to cool. Popeyes Chicken is good but this establishment is not.
