When you pay over $30 for a med pizza and 4 sodas, after choosing the option for EXTRA CHEESE and being charged an additional $2 for it. You would hope that the extra cheese is there. However, it is not! Either that, or portion control has changed in a sad-bad way since my employment with Pizza Hut... You make PIZZA. Not "lightly topped bread".This is not the first time this has happened with this location. But if Pizza Hut wants to keep getting my money, it should be the last. ? (also, I thought a selling point of the pan pizza, is that there is little-to-no crust? ? ... This pizza is super sad!)

I used to LOVE pizza hut, but lately they have majorly gone downhill. Ordered a couple months ago and our pizza wasn't good. Decided to give them another shot tonight and ordered stuffed crust with pepperoni and sausage and extra sauce. We got a super thin burnt pizza that tasted like cardboard... Couldn't even finish it and that says a lot about me while being pregnant. Don't think I'll order from them again sadly.
Pizza would have been better if it got here warm. Learned 45minutes after ordering they are using door dash to deliver. If I had been told that upfront I would have ordered from Dominos. They never take more than 30 minutes to my door and they don’t use third party delivery that let’s your food get cold. Pizza from Pizza Hut is expensive, It would be nice if it was warm. Lost a customer here.
Waited over an 1 hour after scheduled deliver time to call. All I wanted was a refund couldn't even get that. A joke of a company. Don't order from PizzHut ever. prices keep going up and there quality keeps going down. Zero stars not an option.
Worst pizza ever. Side salad got so warm, the cheese on it was melted and globbed together. Toppings on pizza had slid to one side. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM PIZZA HUT AGAIN!
Excellent food and timely delivery. The only problem was the pasta dinners. There was little sauce and they had been heated and looked so terribly dry. Not appetizing at all. We will eat them for lunch today but I hesitate to heat them without adding more marinara sauce. I am hoping they will be tastier than they look. They look nothing like they were portrayed on the menu. Every other food item was delicious and looked grand. Thank you!
Arrive on time. My order is always late and every once in a while something is wrong. The store to my address tends to run out of pan often. All of this has been going on for a while and no improvements. Please make improvements to make your customers experience better
Update: Tried to give them another chance. Pizza and cheese bread was ICE COLD. Disappointing to say the least. This place needs new management!Original: Wings were poorly packaged and damaged. Requested extra sauce but got almost no sauce. Pizza was cold despite ony being 5 minutes away from the Pizza Hut location.
DO NOT sublet your orders through DoorDash!!! Or at least give the customers a chance to decide whether or not to even place an order by letting us know that a "Dasher" is delivering for your restaurant during that time instead of an actual restaurant employee!!!!! What happened was completely unacceptable!!! In addition Door Dash is an awful company that has no guidelines, no safety checks, no concerns, no customer care and most important of all NO customer / food safety!!!!! That was clearly demonstrated by what happened!!!! I refuse to ever allow another Door Dash delivery to my home!!! Both you and your company should be held accountable for what happened!! It is ludicrous what happened!!! And I am completely appalled!!!
Ordered my 8 count wings at 1:30Got to the store at 1:40 saw my order was ready on the screen and waited for another 20 minutes as no one was at the front desk. Only one employee in the back making food and someone hiding in the front office on the phone. I tried calling the store to notify them I was there to pick up my order and was hung up on. Never got my food or any acknowledgment by any employees.
