We usually LOVE Pellegrini, so this is painful to write. Our oldest kid wanted tiramisu for their birthday dessert, so we went to what we remembered as “the best.” We recalled that when the restaurant was open, their portions were the size of a dessert plate- completely reasonable for the nearly $7.00 per piece. So we ordered some to go…$40 later, we have 5 TINY CUPS of what I can only imagine is supposed to be tiramisu, but looks like vanilla pudding with chocolate powder on top. We feel really ripped off…and then went to Safeway to buy enough tiramisu to actually feed people. So disappointed. I don’t on my even know why they would be this pathetic. Surely the overhead on tiramisu ingredients isn’t THAT high. It was the most expensive pudding I’ve ever bought- and you can’t even go into the place to talk to someone. So sad.
The food was wonderful! Great flavor and hot! I had the eggplant parmigiana, I would suggest putting the sauce on the side if you want it to still be a little crispy but it was so very good! Will definitely come back again!
My wife and I went on our first date at this restaurant on December 16, 2018. Not long after that, a fire shut them down. They are take out only for the time being. The owner is great. The food is great. I hope they come back soon to do dining in again.
We used Pellegrini for the catering for our wedding's rehearsal dinner, and it was absolutely delicious. Carlo was fantastic to work with, and made a personalized menu for us. The food was amazing; pollo rustico, penne, brocolli cream lasagnetta, bruschetta, and a tiramisu that was to die for. I highly recommend the catering for any event!
I love this restaurant. Authentic, homemade italian. We lost our dog today and i needed some comfort food. The food was amazing. The owner is a sweet heart! I support this company 100%. The food is even better hot, dining in! I miss this place!

OMG! So friggin' good. The sauce, the pasta, and meatballs... all taste authentic and homemade... Not canned or crap like you might get from chain Italian restaurants ... the bread is the perfect side for cleaning up any straggler sauce, you won't want any to getaway. (I had it delivered)
