I placed my order an hour before close. It said 30 minutes. 50 minutes passed so I checked the order and it was canceled. There was no reason for this as the site even said my pizza was on the way and so did the phone call and then suddenly canceled. Ruined my night as my fiancé and I were waiting for this pizza for dinner.

They do a great job in making a quality pizza. My only complaint would be that they need to sharpen or replace their cutter. Last two times (delivery and pickup), I have had to cut it when I got home.

Literally would give zero stars if I could. The manager/owner doesn't seem to know how to be professional, lacks basic communication skills. The store advertises they are hiring immediately, get a job on the spot. They do interview on the spot, offer a job, but then do not communicate after that. The person wanting to start work asap gets told they will get a call or text to be informed of a start date, and ends up calling the store multiple times only to get the same run-around. No wonder they are continuously hiring, because they don't hire anybody that is actually willing to work.

Ordered extra sauce, still got no sauce. Zoom in on pics, literally no sauce. Am I supposed to put ketchup on it??! Done with Pappa John's. Dominoes, Fontas and Blackjack do much better.

Always got my orders on time and made well, only once was the order wrong but was able to get a replacement, very much appreciated <3

Very disappointed with this delivery order. For starters, we wanted to try out the NY style pizza (we both lived in the tri-state area and wanted to see how PJ measured up), but we received what seems like a regular pan pizza. It wasn't thin enough a crust and did not fold... but there's another potential reason for that: our pizza was left on the door step without a knock or doorbell ring (which i specified in the notes); we have a dog that didn't even look up or do his usual alert when someone approaches the door. The pizza sat on our doormat long enough to get cold, for the cheese to be stiff, and the garlic sauce became more solidified. It looks great, and would have been decent (albeit, an incorrect order) if it wasn't cold. Also, the NY style pizza is advertised for $13 online, we did 3 toppings, added 2 garlic sauce (60 cents each) and it totaled to $28.15 for one pizza after taxes, fees, and tip. We haven't ordered from PJ in a long while, and after this experience, I can't think of a reason why we would in the future.

I ordered pizza on the app and made an error in my order. When I got to the store to pick it up I wanted to order a new pizza same order different crust. The employees helped me out and remade the pizza at no cost. You have no idea how much this means and this level of customer service goes A LONG way. Thank you!

Never had any issues when ordering. It’s pizza so kind of hard to go wrong. I see some negatives but usually related to unfortunate events or errors.

Ordered pizza with an extra pizza sauce cup to be able to dip the crust in, was sad when I've ordered before and it's been a full cup and I opened the box up this time upon getting home and it's been roughly 1/4th full... won't be ordering from this location again. Other than that pizza was great and it was ready before the time it was supposed to be ready.
