First, the staff was very nice. If that's all it took to make a restaurant great, they would be five star.Everyone is short handed right now, and I get that. We went thru the drive thru, and it took 25 minutes to get our food. My chicken soup was hot, but disproportionately more water than anything else. Is was like they were stretching the pot and there was barely any chicken or noodles. The French bread was outstanding.My wife's Flatbread was cold, like it had been sitting for 10 minutes or more before we got to the window as we ate right away. She said it was OK tasting, just cold and Flatbread is better hot and crunchy.Normally, this is a pretty decent place. They just need some help coordinating the drive thru timing, and maybe keeping the soup stocked better.
This place is so great, always clean and friendly staff. I am often given a free drink when I come to work for a few hours. I’d give them 10 stars if I could!
Don't order online, door dash will keep your food! Thank you Joge Z. Door Dash owes me $8 in tips, convience fee, etc. Its gone.. Go get a better job Joge! Tho idk what you can do if you can't deliver food 1.6 miles away..got a GED? Are you legal? Greeley Panera is Garbage!!!!!! And or Greely door dash needs English speaking people!
I am giving it 3 stars because only half of the grilled Mac & cheese was grilled. The other side wasn't cooked at all. We received an extra sandwich we didn't order and received the wrong salad in the family feast dinner special. Albeit, the other food was tasty and the soup was amazing.
These people are always getting orders wrong . The lines are longer and they're so slow. This has been happening for the last 6 months or so. There soups are not what they used to be. The people at the window and in the kitchen don't seem to know what they're doing.
It’s taken me years to want to give Panera a try and I’m pleased to say I’ve had a much better experience at this Panera. Food is always good and always correct, the charged lemonades are my favorite thing the strawberry mint and mango yuzu ones are so good!
Unhappy with the inconsistence in the size of salad. I order the same salad every week ( Fuji Apple with Chicken) adding Powerblend, spinach and cucumbers. Today it was seriously less than half the size.
First time here and wife’s second time. Very pleasant atmosphere inside!!! Had some teeth pulled so this was the place to go. Food was amazing and ready for us in a few minutes. Would definitely go back!!
I love eating the food here. The quality is always on point. But more often then not my order is messed up somehow. Today they forgot my drink but by the time i realized i was too far to turn back. The customer service was not great. Like i was a burden to them. Also, I am extremely tired of not having utensils. i drive and eat a lot. i will no longer be returning to this location. every time their is something wrong somehow.
Love the drive thru option ?? The Green Tea is everything and I always get a chocolate chip cookie ? Just makes me feel like it's healthier fast food option ?
