Excellent food. Great service. Due to staff shortages the wait was a little longer than normal. But overall a wonderful dining experience

Best experience. Our waitress Kennedy was amazing, very nice and very attentive to our needs. Got our food, drinks and breadsticks out quickly. She was amazing.
Lovely atmosphere. Felt like we were in Italy. The decor tops several others we have visited. The help was inexperienced, but enthusiastic and determined to please. Food was top notch. Only reason we gave it four star rather than five was a need for more skilled staff... it will probably come along fine. Meanwhile, don't hesitate to give them another shot. They have improved significantly.
Very friendly staff, LOVED our server— she was really nice, patient, and very helpful! My bf and I had did wine tastings, which was great! We also ordered the a shrimp app that was delicious and our main course was amazing. My daughter also enjoyed the salad despite being picky!
Olive Garden at this location was on top of their game. We got great service from a young lady named Hannah. The food was hot, tasty and brought to our table in a timely fashion. Thanks for the banter Hannah.
The variety of foods is great and they are all amazing. Nothing I've tried so far has been bad! The staff is always great as well as the managers. Getting to go orders is also so quick and easy. I also used to drive the bus for the city so stopping in there to use the restroom and order something quick has been so helpful as we don't always have a lot of time to stop and take a lunch break and go somewhere to get food so it's eat on the go and they have made that so much easier! I absolutely appreciate that!
Use to be great until I had food poisoning because of them. I even let them know the food made me super sick. I was patient on waiting to see what options we had to take care of the situation but but ultimately let down. It was the worst food thing to ever happen to me and I even lost time at work. I didn't go to the hospital like I should've so the end result was a 30 dollar gift card. I know 30 bucks sounds great but after all the pain, money and time lost it wasn't great... It didn't even cover the cost of the meal that night.
This may be the last time we go to Olive Garden..We started with the house salad and breadsticks. Those were fine, but not sure why you'd serve 3 breadsticks to 2 people.. sorry if that's nitpicky, but 2 per person makes more sense.I was really craving an Italian dish, as well as seafood, but I hadn't realized that OG had shrunk their menu down to one side of a page (the back was all drinks). I figured that it would still be fine, but even my favorite dish, the Stuffed Chicken Marsala, has been removed from the menu. I ordered the regular Chicken Marsala, which was good, but unsatisfying.My fiance got the Tortellini Chicken Alfredo, which was fine, but he only ate half of it. We were remorseful we hadn't gone to Santoramo's, for Italian instead, or gone for steaks elsewhere.
This is to the manager. Valentine’s Day I took my three granddaughters out to dinner. I called in made reservations I asked for a high chair because I have a little one that is 15 months old. I get to the restaurant they put us by the bar. Then they give me a booster seat for my baby ❤️GranddaugI . Way too young for a booster seat. OK then the waitress comes and she gives us a glass of water. She comes back 10 minutes later and asked us if we’re ready to order. We put in our order. And then a half hour later we asked where is our waitress. The bartender says oh she had to run to the grocery store. A lady came out and asked how we were doing she didn’t talk to me she talk to my order ❤️Granddau. A lady came out and asked how we were doing she didn’t talk to me she talk to my older granddaughter. I thought that was very rude. She didn’t even acknowledge me. Then another 20 minutes go by a gentleman comes out and ask how are we doing. I said I would like to have our food. I have a little baby here and it’s taking forever. Hour and a half passes. Finally comes out the lady said she would take some off my check. The broccoli was not the way they described it on the menu my fish was salty salty. I was really disappointed. Finally our waitress out of us I don’t know comes to the table and ask how everything is doing. By then I was very unhappy. We were there for two hours and 20 minutes. And then I asked for the discount that they had promised me and the waiter brings out dessert. And he says this is your discount. Overall I was very disappointed. On the service I got.
The food was adequate and edible. The true all-star was Ashley. She was amazing and was a great server and deserves that recognition.
